00:00Brian, what are the positives and potential negatives of a team with a lack of perspective
00:04of really understanding about what it takes to make the playoffs or win in the playoffs
00:09that you see for this Flyers team?
00:12Well, I think the positives, sometimes being naive and being dumb is good.
00:16I think you just go into a situation and you're excited to be there.
00:23You're excited to play.
00:24You don't overthink the situation.
00:26You just go and do your thing.
00:28And I think that's what we've seen from the Flyers here down the stretch is a lot of that.
00:33And I think playing with that energy and playing with instincts, you know,
00:38they're a youthful team now that they've added Porter Martone and you get, you know,
00:42Forrester back in the lineup.
00:43This is a group that really has not really been there.
00:47So, I mean, you just go play.
00:48Now, the negatives are the experiences of having to deal with disappointments and frustration.
00:55And when you, you know, let's, I mean, I don't want to, let's talk, say it's a playoff series.
01:00Say you get into a playoff series and you, you, you, you, you get some calls that go against you.
01:05And all of a sudden the game kind of goes sideways and you fall behind in the series.
01:08Sometimes experience in situations like that certainly helps.
01:12But I kind of like this.
01:14I just go back to early on in my career when I had no clue what was going on.
01:19I feel like I was better.
01:20And I think, I think for a lot of these guys, I think that, that being naive, I think can
01:26certainly help them.
