03:18When there is compulsion, then we have to look for concession within Islamic rulings.
03:23That is why, by God, the existence of a scholar who is also a mujtahid, a good mafti, is extremely
03:30necessary in this age.
03:31That is why it is said, the death of a scholar is the death of the whole world.
03:36Why is this said?
03:37Because the whole world benefits from him.
03:39When he dies, that benefit ceases.
03:42So the whole world, in a way, falls into ignorance.
