Rory McIlroy said it was "really cool" to have his parents in attendance as he won back-to-back Masters titles.The Northern Irishman joined Jack Nicklaus (1965 and 1996), Sir Nick Faldo (1989 and 1990) and Tiger Woods (2001 and 2002) in an elite club of players to successfully defend their title at Augusta National.

00:21know they they missed it last year and the first thing i wanted to do was was fly home to

00:25because you know i obviously wouldn't be sitting up here if it wasn't for them so um you know and

00:32i had to sort of convince them to come this year um because they thought that the reason that i

00:36last year was because they weren't here so um i said on the putting green i'm glad that um we

00:42proved that wrong so they can keep coming as long as they want but uh yeah it's it's amazing to

00:48them here and um you know i'm excited to to celebrate with them tonight
