00:00We're getting the gossip.
00:01What a stupid question.
00:02Yes, absolutely.
00:04Any more silly questions?
00:05My heart would stop.
00:07I'm not even kidding.
00:08What have you got against me?
00:10If he didn't want us to leave, he wouldn't have got it out.
00:15Hello, I'm Sam Thompson, and this is I'm a Celebrity Unpacked, the vodcast.
00:20Happy Friday, everybody.
00:21AJ and Dudu is here with me again tonight in the studio.
00:25Plus, we've got content creator and all-round legend, Luke Hamnett.
00:28And don't forget, we're going to be hearing what Ant and Dec had to say on tonight's show
00:32as they sat down with Kemi in South Africa.
00:36I keep saying I draw the short straw with that.
00:38Let's welcome our guest, AJ and Luke, everybody.
00:41Not the short straw.
00:42She's in South Africa.
00:44How dare you?
00:45She is in South Africa.
00:46You are here with us.
00:48That is a very good point.
00:49What an episode.
00:50I mean, it's all about to shake up.
00:52We've got two new campmates, Harry Redknapp, the icon, King Harry.
00:58A little teaser there at the end.
01:00I loved it.
01:01Yeah.
01:01And Jimmy Bullard, of course, is coming in with him.
01:04Now, from my point of view, I'm a massive Harry Redknapp fan.
01:08Yeah.
01:08And I loved Jimmy from his series as well, but it just looks like everything's about to change.
01:12I mean, I think they're going to add so much to the camp.
01:15It's going to be amazing.
01:16I wonder how the dynamics change, though, because, you know, like you said,
01:20Harry was so well-loved in his series.
01:22I mean, he won the thing, for crying out loud.
01:24So I wonder if everyone else is going to soften up.
01:27How's that going to be with the alpha males of the camp, with David, for example, or Sean?
01:34Like, how are they going to act around the legend?
01:37Well, the legend also, Harry's just such a nice guy.
01:40So it's going to be so interesting.
01:42Also, David Hay, Harry Redknapp, obviously, they're both sort of like, Harry's a manager.
01:45David's like an athlete.
01:46Like, that's going to be amazing to see how that all works out.
01:48The alpha, as well, the trial was absolutely disgusting.
01:54It was epic.
01:55Two lads who always have a lot to say about this show.
01:59Obviously, Ant and Dec, they caught up with Kemi.
02:01Let's see what they've got to say.
02:03I think your middle name should be Cliff.
02:05Cliff and Hanger.
02:08It's a new double act.
02:09Two new campmates, have a good night.
02:11Two new campmates coming on Monday.
02:13Next week is brilliant.
02:15The series next week flies and goes to another level next week.
02:19I thought it was good enough already.
02:20I know, but it goes to another level next week.
02:22It's good.
02:22Jimmy, Jimmy Bullard, Harry Redknapp.
02:25Two brilliant campmates from years gone by.
02:27Did you enjoy them before?
02:29Yeah.
02:29Oh, absolutely fantastic.
02:30I mean, I'm just thrilled they're back.
02:32They really, the whole series kind of just shoots off after this.
02:36It just gets better and better.
02:37We told you.
02:38It gets better and better and better.
02:39How do you think they're going to do?
02:41Obviously, coming into an established camp is sometimes a little bit tricky.
02:44Some people don't assimilate or some people just throw themselves straight in and they often win the thing.
02:49Yeah, they come in with great responsibility because the camps, no sooner have they been put together, then they are
02:54split again.
02:55You're joking me.
02:56Yeah, two kingdoms.
02:56Two kingdoms.
02:57King Harry, King Jimmy.
03:00There is a wall in the camp.
03:02The rhinos on one side, the lions on the other.
03:05They go on head to head to win food, but also to win precious pennants.
03:10What's a pennant?
03:11So a pennant is like, it's like, you know, like a little triangular flag.
03:14Oh, yeah, like you're getting castles and stuff.
03:15Yes.
03:16And there's a big prize at the end.
03:17Very good prize.
03:18I won't give you too much away, but the campmates really want to win it.
03:22And the worst thing about this, or possibly the best thing, is that when a camp wins food for their
03:28camp, it's delivered into their camp.
03:30They cook it over their fire and the campmates in the next camp over the wall can just smell the
03:34food.
03:35So it's not like Savannah Scrub where they're miles away and you can hear them.
03:38Oh, they can hear each other.
03:38Can they talk to each other as well?
03:39They can hear each other, yeah.
03:41A lot of butter over the wall.
03:43It's good.
03:44Oh, my goodness.
03:45More competition.
03:46Yeah.
03:46Oh, I can't wait for Monday now.
03:47I don't know what we're going to do over the weekend.
03:49That's it.
03:49That's when I'm a thumbs, I reckon.
03:50Talking about today, though, Gemma thinks that David doesn't like her.
03:53What was your reading of that?
03:55Do you think he doesn't like her?
03:56I don't think it's the fact that David doesn't like her.
03:59And I don't think David doesn't, it's not like David doesn't like anyone.
04:03It's just, he's just David.
04:04We've said it before.
04:05He's just very David about things.
04:07I don't think he particularly likes her.
04:08Right.
04:09But I don't think he doesn't like her.
04:10I don't think he likes anyone.
04:11He's just, you know.
04:12Yeah, he's a real lone wolf.
04:13Just David.
04:13Yeah.
04:14Yeah, he is.
04:14Yeah.
04:15Although I feel like Gemma's had a really nice bond with Adam.
04:19I didn't expect that.
04:20No, I didn't either.
04:21In the beginning, no.
04:21But I think the whole Savannah Scrub experience has kind of brought them together.
04:25They've just really clicked.
04:27It's a really lovely friendship to watch.
04:28And more celebrity gossip.
04:30Sunita again about her on-off relationship with Simon Cowell for 40 years.
04:34That was juicy.
04:35We need to speak to Simon Cowell and see what he makes of this.
04:37That's true.
04:38Well, you're good friends with them.
04:40Well, we're going to, that's the first thing I'm mentioning.
04:42Really?
04:42Did he ever text you saying, lad's a great show tonight?
04:44He found out she was coming in the series and he was like, I cannot wait to watch it.
04:49I hope she doesn't talk about me.
04:50Really.
04:51I thought he was in the room.
04:52I thought he was in the room.
04:53What he means is, I hope she does talk about me.
04:55Yes.
04:56Can we talk about Beverly and Mo?
04:58Yes.
04:59Okay, I'm really...
05:00If you must.
05:01I'm going to put my hands up.
05:03I was so wrong.
05:04I said that Mo was going to smash this.
05:06He's like a real problem solver.
05:09What happened there?
05:10Well, I think he completely misunderstood the whole point of the trial,
05:14which was to remember the order of these animals,
05:17not just think of all the animals from The Lion King.
05:20Just think of the cast of The Lion King.
05:21Just those ones.
05:22Didn't get it, did he?
05:23That bit did not sink in.
05:25You said it so clearly.
05:26It gave them no chance whatsoever.
05:27It gave the girls no chance.
05:29But somehow they got five.
05:31I know.
05:31That was quite a lot.
05:32In spite of Mo and Beverly.
05:34Beverly was better than Mo.
05:37Yeah.
05:37At least she knew the assignment.
05:39And to be fair, they had just been thrown out of an aeroplane.
05:42The look on his face when he realised, when he got back into...
05:45I was supposed to remember them.
05:48Yes, Mo.
05:49Five stars.
05:50Dave is probably not going to be happy with that again.
05:53Why did he not force himself to do it?
05:55He kind of sat back.
05:57I keep saying he's doing a lot of talking and not a lot of action.
06:00And if he really wanted to go out and, you know, he's really hungry,
06:03he could have said, right, I'm going to do this.
06:05True.
06:05And kind of bulldozed his way in.
06:06Mind you, they volunteered and we were quite pleased to see them.
06:09Yeah.
06:10Yeah, they're all sat in the night take away girls.
06:12So it was nice to see them down there.
06:14But I know what you mean.
06:15He's not pushing himself to the front.
06:16Yeah.
06:16He's not chomping at the bit.
06:18Not more about it.
06:18Yappa, yappa, yappa, yappin'.
06:20Yappa, yappa, yappa.
06:21Next week is, you're going to love it.
06:23Yeah.
06:24Well, it's been an incredible first week.
06:25Let's do it all again next week.
06:26Yeah.
06:27See that trick.
06:28Anna and Dec have just said the series flies over the next week.
06:32I mean, I always thought it was flat.
06:34AJ, we've watched the show together a couple of times now.
06:36It's already at a pretty good spot.
06:37I know.
06:38I can't believe it's the end of week one.
06:40Yeah.
06:40And here we are.
06:42I'm on the edge of my seat.
06:43I'm sat.
06:44I'm ready to go.
06:45So I can't wait to see what's in store.
06:48Obviously, we heard about Sunita's 40-year on-again, off-again relationship with Simon Cowell.
06:55What do we think about that?
06:56She was spilling the tea.
06:57And I was like, guys, we need more.
06:59We need follow-up questions.
07:00On and off for 40 years.
07:01I'd be like, what annoyed you about him?
07:04Yeah.
07:04Why did you end?
07:05What did you do that really pisses you off?
07:07Tell me at all.
07:08What was the appeal?
07:08And why was you waiting around for that long?
07:1040 years.
07:11This is a really good point.
07:12I mean, first of all, great that we're already getting this much insight.
07:16I mean, I didn't actually expect Sunita to spill that amount of beans.
07:18It was actually very beautiful and very vulnerable to do it.
07:22It was very vulnerable.
07:22And I actually almost felt like Sunita was blaming herself for some of that shit.
07:26I know. It was really sad.
07:27Yeah. She was like, you know, maybe ours a little bit too clingy or ours a little bit too much
07:30like that.
07:30It sounds to me like he just sort of kept you on and off.
07:32And he was a complete avoidant.
07:35That's what they're called.
07:36Typical man.
07:37Yeah.
07:38Don't know what I'm looking at you, Sam.
07:40Typical man.
07:40God.
07:41Honestly.
07:42I swear, Don, I was in a non-off relationship with my first ever boyfriend.
07:47Every, like, year after uni, I'd go home and then we'd get together and then it'd be like,
07:52oh, no, we can't do it long distance.
07:54And then we'd get, we'd just, it happened for years.
07:56Hard to say goodbye.
07:57It's hard to say goodbye.
07:59And also if you're used to that person, do you know what I mean?
08:01And if you're used to that person, it's like a lovely comfort thing.
08:04I know, I know, I know the exact thing.
08:07And if they're your best mate as well, because it looked like Summer Coward's like her best friend.
08:11Yeah, and if you're mates.
08:12And also if Summer Coward's got money.
08:14Right.
08:15This is what I'm saying.
08:16So imagine I was in that situation.
08:19You didn't have a pot to piss in.
08:20And I was still there.
08:22You're a good person.
08:24Yours as well.
08:24You're a good person.
08:26I'm just saying, like, imagine.
08:28Imagine.
08:28That would have been an added incentive.
08:30But also, I'd also like to know about, like, who was the dickhead in the 80s.
08:33Like, talk to me about my...
08:35And who was that girl who burnt you with a cigarette?
08:37Yes.
08:38On the shoulder.
08:39Yeah.
08:39What was that all about?
08:40Where is she?
08:41Where is she now?
08:42Hopefully in jail.
08:45If we have a little recap here.
08:46Sanita's basically talked about dating Brad Pitt.
08:49Being on again, off again with Simon Coward for 40 years.
08:52She has got some sort of sauce that everyone is absolutely loving.
08:56And I think she's brilliant in this camp.
08:58I really, really do.
08:59Yeah, I like her.
09:00Yeah, she's great.
09:00When she had that argument with Gemma Collins, like, it was weird.
09:03But, like, she did it in her own way.
09:05And I just feel like she's got more to bring.
09:08I want more stories from her.
09:10And she's just honest, isn't she?
09:12You know, whether it comes across in the right way all the time, not so sure.
09:16But she's honest.
09:17And what you see is what you get.
09:18And that's what I love about it.
09:19The way she was describing Simon finding his sort of, like, forever love, let's say.
09:26And she then went, I thought it was going to be me.
09:28I know.
09:28She was like, I thought I was going to marry him.
09:29And you're like, oh, my God.
09:30We all did at some point.
09:31I know.
09:32I feel really sad for her, actually.
09:34I actually read that a little bit different.
09:36I thought that she had sought solace in the fact that he's gone on and found this beautiful,
09:42happy union that she thought, actually, we had that.
09:47And then she's seen it in him with someone else and gone, oh, actually, I get what.
09:52Actually, they've got it.
09:53Poor Gemma.
09:54She's starting to struggle in there, isn't she?
09:56Do we feel sorry for her?
09:57She's sensing a bad energy.
10:00And that bad energy for her is David.
10:04And I'm sensing it as well.
10:07I feel like, I don't know, for some reason, they seem to clash.
10:11And I don't know what it is.
10:13But the second she walked in, he's not having it.
10:16He didn't like, her hair looks very big.
10:19And every interaction that they have.
10:22Something behind it.
10:24It seems like there's something behind it.
10:26Now, it may be completely harmless, but I can see how they're misunderstanding each other.
10:31Do you think it's maybe because she's not trying to be the GC?
10:35She's, like, trying to be more open, more vulnerable.
10:38And she's not the big sort of personality in that camp.
10:42She's not bulldozing her way through everything.
10:44And maybe this is, like, a more vulnerable side to the Gemma Collins that we all know.
10:49I know, which is great.
10:50But she still is Gemma.
10:53Like, she could never have a small personality.
10:56No, absolutely not.
10:56It's not possible.
10:57Even her softer side is a bold side.
11:02You know, she's still putting herself out there.
11:05She's still opening up to the people that she feels comfortable and confident with.
11:09And I think that's a beautiful thing to see.
11:12Maybe she is trying her hardest to bite her tongue in certain situations.
11:16But I think that's growth.
11:17And that's what we all have to do sometimes.
11:19And we like it enough.
11:21Do you think there's anything more from David?
11:23Like, was there anything to that comment about the hair?
11:25Because I think you said he was staring her out, didn't you?
11:27Yeah, yeah, yeah.
11:28He's just giving her the eye.
11:29Yeah, I didn't like the comment, if I'm being completely honest.
11:32I didn't think it was nice.
11:34He was like, the way he said it, he was like, you definitely ain't thin.
11:36It was like, yeah, my hair's really thick.
11:38And she goes, but he's definitely not thin.
11:40Maybe I'm just, maybe I read into it a bit too much.
11:43It's tonal.
11:43Do you know what it is?
11:44It's tonal.
11:45I feel like as well, though, if you're not really on good terms with someone and you come out and
11:49say something like that, you're not automatically going to go, ah, yeah, you're funny.
11:54I think that's it.
11:55It's just coming from the wrong person.
11:58Yeah.
11:58Because if it was Adam or someone.
12:00I mean, Craig was the one who said, gosh, your hair's going big now.
12:03And she's gone, yeah.
12:05And he's gone, well, definitely.
12:06With no blinking as well.
12:08Actually, if that was Craig who had said that.
12:10She would have laughed.
12:11She'd have laughed.
12:12Yeah.
12:12Because that's her friend.
12:13They know each other.
12:14But they don't know each other like that.
12:15It comes from intent, doesn't it?
12:17Yeah.
12:17Like how you intend to say it.
12:19Yeah.
12:19I think it's just they're not on that level yet.
12:21You're not allowed to give me that banter yet.
12:24Yeah.
12:24They're not friends like that.
12:26Yeah.
12:26I think that's what it is.
12:27Yeah.
12:27But it's like that with friends now.
12:29Like, you know, fall by, you can give your friendship.
12:31But someone else gives you a friendship.
12:32You're like, whoa.
12:32Yeah, too far.
12:34You're crossing the line.
12:34You don't know them that well.
12:36But then we did see Gemma getting consoled really beautifully, I think, by Adam.
12:41He didn't lay on too much.
12:42He wasn't like overzealous with it.
12:44He said, you're a beautiful human being.
12:45Yeah.
12:46That's all you need to know.
12:47And I think that is really, really lovely.
12:49You know, there's so much that happens down at the Pots and Pans.
12:53And it is really nice to see those moments, them coming together, her feeling safe in
12:58that space with Adam and Adam, you know, being the shoulder to cry on as he is.
13:03Well, he saw her in the camp before.
13:05And now he's seen her now.
13:06He's seen a different dynamic to her and thought, I need to address it.
13:09Which what you would with any friend, you'd go, what is it that I can do?
13:12Can I help you?
13:12What Gemma did say as well, she was like, if I could, I'd go back to Savannah Scrub.
13:16I mean, I don't think anyone wanted to go back there.
13:18It's absolutely horrible.
13:19Why is that?
13:20Why did she want to go back there?
13:21It's the people, isn't it?
13:22She felt more comfortable to be probably herself around people that are generally embracing Gemma.
13:28Yeah.
13:28Whereas I feel like now she doesn't feel like she can be because she's either getting comments
13:33made at her or people are looking at her like, shit.
13:35But also, I feel like they've got a history.
13:38It goes way back to the water.
13:40Oh, of course.
13:41Do you know what I mean?
13:42Yeah, what was the big deal?
13:42Actually, I think it's not necessarily like what, like, I'm trying to please you.
13:48It's more like, what have you got against me?
13:50Where's the water?
13:52And now they're...
13:52Well, she's also had a little pop at him as well.
13:54She's probably the only person who's done that.
13:56You know, so maybe David's seen and felt that and be like, God, no one's ever really broadsided
14:01David Hay before.
14:02And I feel like he's like, oh God, who's this like personality that's come at me like Gemma
14:05did about the water?
14:06Well, so she's gone back.
14:07Well, he's now just gone back.
14:09So this could be a little back and forth table tennis match between the two of them.
14:13It could sort of rumble on, I suppose.
14:15But what I'll say is Team Adam on this one, really good guy.
14:19I really love the way he spoke to her.
14:21And I think it sets up for a really beautiful friendship.
14:23Do you know, we've seen a lot from Gemma.
14:24We've seen a lot from Adam.
14:25We've seen a lot from Sean Walsh, actually.
14:27I want more from Craig.
14:28I would like more from Craig.
14:30He's a sweet man.
14:31Very sweet man.
14:33He'll have stories to tell.
14:35Oh, yeah.
14:35Oh, my gosh.
14:36And I want to hear them.
14:37I'm sad.
14:38I'm ready.
14:38I'm poised.
14:39I think because he's quite a quiet guy.
14:42He maybe gets overshadowed a little bit by the bigger personalities.
14:45So many big personalities in there.
14:47I think Craig, if he can come out of his shell a little bit more.
14:49It's very sweet, actually, that Gemma took him to our side and sort of opened up to Craig a bit.
14:53So he's a bit of a shoulder guy, I think, as well.
14:56It's a bit nice to see something more from him.
14:58I like their relationship.
14:59Yeah.
15:00Because they were on the same series together, weren't they?
15:02So it's good that they've just kind of like slotted back into how they were, which I really like.
15:07Yeah.
15:07I like that.
15:07Yeah, absolutely.
15:08I want to see more from Craig.
15:10Scarlett.
15:11Scarlett.
15:12I want to see more from Scarlett.
15:13She's giving me gold, though.
15:14She's giving me good one-liners, and she is funny.
15:17I mean, I would be, if I'd be her, though, with David Haye, I'd be like, I'm just going to
15:20go for a quick look.
15:21And I'd be like, oh, no, I can't.
15:23It's full on arse art.
15:25I'd be like, no, it's all right.
15:26Actually, Luke, do you know what?
15:26That's a really good point.
15:27I feel like we just skimmed over, like, one of the big moments of the episode.
15:32David Hayes buns.
15:33Great heart.
15:34He's got a great butt.
15:35Sorry, it's to be vulgar.
15:36What a fantastic arse, that is.
15:38And the everything.
15:40Yeah.
15:41He's jacked.
15:42He's chiseled.
15:43That blood pressure up from people, like, watching at home.
15:46I tell you something.
15:48Yeah.
15:48Wow.
15:48Rugged.
15:49Got the beard.
15:51Yeah.
15:51I mean, no wonder he's having full naked showers.
15:54He's a confident man.
15:56He knows what's happening.
15:57You know, he, oh, he, look, he's very happy with anything being shown.
16:01I do need to know, though, look, if you're Scarlett, are you going for a peek?
16:04What a stupid question.
16:05Yes.
16:06Absolutely.
16:07Any more silly questions.
16:08Do you think?
16:09I'll be like, Sunita with the leaves, like this, looking around, like, I'm like, did it in it?
16:15I'm like, did it.
16:17She walks in with a visor at one point.
16:19She'll be like, hello.
16:20I'll be like, okay, of course I'm having a look.
16:22I don't care.
16:22I've got a boyfriend of 10 years.
16:24I'm having a peek.
16:26AJ, you having a look?
16:27Of course.
16:28I'm like, oh, sorry, love.
16:30Just going to, uh.
16:31If he didn't want us to look, he wouldn't have got it out.
16:33Adam, then, is just in it, very sweetly.
16:35He's in his swimming trunks.
16:37And Ashley's like, you're not, you're not naked, are you?
16:39He's like, no, I'm not.
16:41I'm in my trunk.
16:41But to be fair, though, if I was ever in the jungle, I would forget, I think.
16:45I once saw Tony Bell use butt.
16:47How was that?
16:48And when he was in the, in the waterfall shower.
16:50And it were, it was, it was a sight to behold, because he was actually bending over.
16:54Oh, no.
16:55He was, uh, he was, he was getting out, he was, I think he was getting out his gunk,
16:59um, not his junk, his gunk, and, uh, and from, like, he'd just done a trial.
17:02And I was like, oh, because you can, the thing is, you don't realise people are using the shower.
17:06So you, like, you, you, you walk past.
17:08TMI.
17:09And these things are happening.
17:10I'm all right with that.
17:11Yeah.
17:12You don't know.
17:13And this thing, you're living in such close proximity to each other.
17:17Yeah.
17:17That you are going to see things like that.
17:18You're going to see Trevor's arsehole, let's be honest.
17:20Yeah.
17:20You're going to see everything.
17:21Maybe not the, maybe not the actual hole.
17:23Maybe, maybe not the boxers ring.
17:25Maybe not the boxers ring.
17:26You're going to see a lot.
17:27And it's okay.
17:28And it's fine.
17:29You're in and out of the gunk, like Ashley and Scarlett were.
17:33They're going to strip off.
17:34You're going to have to wash properly.
17:36Yes.
17:36Yes.
17:36You're going to have to see them in your swimming trunks.
17:39So we've been saying all week that the trials are bigger and better and tougher than ever before.
17:44And this episode was no different.
17:45For two of them, it was disgusting.
17:47For poor Ashley and Scarlett, it was disgusting.
17:49For our Bev and Ma.
17:51I mean, it was virtually impossible, wasn't it?
17:54Get up there.
17:55You've got 45 seconds to memorise these animals in this order.
17:59And then you get lobbed out of the plane.
18:01Did you say we lobbed Beverly out of the plane?
18:04You lobbed Beverly out of the plane.
18:05You lobbed a 60-year-old Beverly out of the plane.
18:07Can I just say, she's 68 years of age.
18:10Stunning.
18:10If I was 68 and I got lobbed out of the plane, my heart would stop.
18:15I'm not even kidding.
18:16I don't know how she has gone out of the plane at 68 years of age.
18:21Because she's badass.
18:22Yes, she is badass.
18:23She is amazing.
18:24She was in the zone.
18:26She was focused.
18:27She thought that she was the athlete.
18:28And she was like, lion.
18:29Why was the one flailing around screaming?
18:31She was like, lion, elephant, snake.
18:32As she's falling, by the way, which I've skydived three times.
18:36Sorry, I didn't put a number on it.
18:37And as I'm falling through the air, I would never think to myself,
18:42I'm going to remember and mouth the animals.
18:46I'm just screaming.
18:47Yeah.
18:48No, I was very impressed.
18:49I was impressed with Beverly and more.
18:52They really did try the best.
18:54They're plummeting to the ground from 10,000 feet.
18:57Oh, I couldn't.
18:58And saying, lions, lions, lions, leopards, monkeys.
19:02They still got it completely wrong.
19:04Fair play to them.
19:06Safe for effort.
19:07Mo Farah is so cute.
19:08He just didn't even know what was going on.
19:12No.
19:12He said, the Lion King creatures.
19:16Also, quick question.
19:18Would you prefer to be down or would you be in the plane?
19:21In the plane.
19:22Because I don't think I could remember anything in that being thrown out of the plane.
19:28I would be like, moment go, the Lion King, I think.
19:31That's what I'll be like.
19:32I couldn't do it.
19:33That's all it was with.
19:34Yeah.
19:34I was with the both of them.
19:36I thought, Bev and Mo, just remembering a single animal.
19:40I was like, fair play.
19:41Yeah, my memory.
19:42Have you seen what's happened?
19:44I would say the tougher job, actually, other than being booted out of a plane,
19:48would probably be Ashley and Scarlett because they've got us all figuring it all out.
19:51I disagree.
19:52I would not want to be in there.
19:53I wouldn't want to be in that plane.
19:55Are you joking?
19:56No.
19:56That smell.
19:56Yeah, that smell.
19:57All the flies around.
19:58The flies alone.
19:59The flies being there told me everything I needed to know.
20:03Scarlett definitely drank some of that as well, didn't she?
20:06She was not ready.
20:07I was like, Scarlett, mouth closed.
20:10Yeah.
20:10Everything closed.
20:11Closed everything.
20:12Closed.
20:12Yeah.
20:13Well, how do we think they did the actual game, Scarlett and Ashley?
20:16Well, frustratingly bad to begin with.
20:19Yes.
20:19Because I was like, come on, girls.
20:20We know where the lion is now.
20:21It's not that one.
20:23It's hard, isn't it, when you're watching it?
20:24Because you're like, it's number five!
20:26We were screaming.
20:27We were.
20:28But it's hard, isn't it, when you're on the other side?
20:30Because they've been ducked and shit.
20:31They're out.
20:32They're in again.
20:32They're ducked and shit.
20:33They're like, where am I?
20:34It's number five, I think.
20:36Yeah.
20:36Literally.
20:37It's like all the offal in their face.
20:39Yeah.
20:39It stinks.
20:40And they've got some in their mouth.
20:41They did get five stars.
20:43Five stars, amazing.
20:44They got five stars.
20:45Well, they got three from the member game.
20:47Yeah.
20:48That's how good they were at that.
20:49Yeah.
20:49But then they got two from collecting the stars,
20:52which was honestly so impressive.
20:54It was all in...
20:55A bit easy.
20:56Oh, come on.
20:56A bit easy.
20:57A bit easy, though, one.
20:58Well, they had to give him some art.
21:00Because the game was hard.
21:01We said, we thought it was going to be underneath, didn't we?
21:03We did.
21:03We were like, why is he not underneath?
21:05I thought they should have to.
21:06Yeah, I thought they should have to go and dunk under
21:08and pluck the star from the base.
21:09You guys are savage.
21:10We are.
21:10See, through that brown water.
21:13I'll tell you what else is a bit of a savage.
21:15David Haye, a bit of a savage,
21:17because he's literally lying in bed.
21:18Wow.
21:19And he's asleep when Anandette walk in.
21:21And then they go, it's a memory challenge.
21:22He goes, right, not going to be me.
21:23I'll go back to bed.
21:24And then he just rolls over.
21:26And he goes, Scarlet, you're good with your memory.
21:28You go.
21:29And I feel like everyone just listens to David Haye,
21:31even though he's not got good takes a lot of the time.
21:34Yeah.
21:34And he's literally like, he's like, yeah,
21:36so you're good at your memory.
21:37I don't know why he even thinks that.
21:38I think it's because she like spoke about something to do
21:41with some of the campmates in their previous history.
21:42Exactly.
21:43And he was like, you're going to be going.
21:45And she actually did end up going.
21:47Yeah.
21:47But I do think they still pick the best people for the job,
21:51to be fair.
21:52Yeah.
21:52They don't do horrendous.
21:53Well, no, Mo Farah.
21:55Oh, they didn't pick him, actually, did they?
21:56No, but they didn't pick Ma and they didn't pick Bev.
21:58They picked Ashley.
21:59And I thought, yeah, actually,
22:00she has to remember song words and dance moves
22:04and the choreographer, everything.
22:06The choreographer and Pussycat Dolls as well is intense.
22:08It is intense.
22:10Oh, my gosh, they're doing more than 5, 6, 7, 8.
22:12Those good leads, let me tell you.
22:14Yeah.
22:14So I thought, actually, the logic and Scarlet,
22:17by her own admission, she said,
22:19I play this game with me son.
22:21I was like, let's go, girls.
22:22But she didn't say she played it well.
22:25She said, I played it, but she didn't say she played it well.
22:28No.
22:29And she didn't.
22:30Blast them.
22:31But, you know, Anton Tech did say as well
22:32that the camp was going to be split up
22:34into the lions and the rhinos.
22:37You've got, obviously, King Harry and King Jimmy.
22:39Jimmy is such a wind-off.
22:41I feel like, personally, I think he's going to wind up the camp.
22:44Do you reckon?
22:46100%.
22:46Really?
22:47Yes.
22:47Yes, yes, yes.
22:48I put money on it.
22:48You heard it here first.
22:49Heard it here first.
22:50I think he's going to wind people up.
22:51Maybe rub people up the wrong way, I think.
22:53Oh.
22:54Any time in the jungle there's a divide,
22:57it always kicks off just a little bit.
22:59When you never think it's going to, and it does,
23:02one, why do we think that is?
23:03And two, do we think it's going to carry on?
23:05It's because it's messing out.
23:06I want to know what people are doing.
23:08Do you know what I mean?
23:08And also, I think a sense of competition.
23:11You always want to be the best.
23:13I mean, especially if you're...
23:15David Hay.
23:15David Hay.
23:16And so, I think that will naturally...
23:19Division causes division and tension.
23:22Yeah.
23:23Yeah.
23:23Competition.
23:24And I also think, as well,
23:25if I saw Gemma and Scarlett having a conversation
23:28and I'm divided by a wall,
23:29I'd go, what are you talking about?
23:32I'd be like, come here.
23:33I can't hear you.
23:34Do you know what I mean?
23:34Because I am nosy.
23:36Yeah.
23:36So I'd want to know.
23:37Also, when the camp gets divined up, right,
23:39and you're not with the people that you want to be with,
23:41that actually can really bum you out.
23:43I imagine you're stopped by the person
23:45you don't want to be with.
23:47I'd be like...
23:48You'd be like, I could be having so much fun over there.
23:50Yeah.
23:51And then I'm here.
23:52Okay, well, on that note...
23:53A bit how you feel about...
23:56Not being in South Africa.
23:57Not being in South Africa.
23:59And here I am.
24:00I feel like I'm going to hear about that
24:01for the rest of this now.
24:02I'm so sorry.
24:03We're both sitting Northerners.
24:03We're both sitting.
24:04We're both sitting.
24:06Okay, other than not being with me,
24:08who would you like to be with when you're in the camp?
24:11Who's one person you'd love to be with?
24:13Gemma.
24:13Yeah.
24:14I think we'd have a lovely little chinwag together.
24:16Do you know what I mean?
24:17She's...
24:18I mean, Savannah Scrubb, she was great.
24:20She loves to chat.
24:21She's making washing up look fun.
24:23She actually is.
24:26That's when we're getting the gossip.
24:28That is such a good point.
24:30I want to be having a chinwag with the GC by the washing up.
24:33I mean, let's be honest.
24:34She wasn't washing.
24:35She was literally just doing this.
24:37Holding a spoon.
24:37She was rinsing.
24:39And she went, yeah, I'm just not feeling it.
24:41I'm just not feeling it.
24:44Do you know what as well, Luke?
24:45She's got a spoon.
24:46She's just rubbing the spoon with her thumb
24:47as if that's doing anything.
24:48She's like, I'm done with this.
24:50I'm done with it.
24:51I think we're done with this episode of the podcast.
24:54I've got to say, I've had so much fun.
24:56AJ, you're back with me on Monday as well next week.
