00:06currently operating without salaries and have reached their breaking point.
00:10Russell says each time members prepare to take action, they receive a response from
00:16authorities.
00:16But the relief is short lived.
00:19You know like when you're dangling a carrot in front of a donkey, that is exactly what
00:23they're doing.
00:24Every time we decide to make a stand for our money, they give us a salary and they tell
00:29us go back out to work.
00:30In good faith, we're doing thinking that things will get better.
00:33Our meeting that we had in February month, they told us that we'll try our best to make
00:39sure and pay you all at least every three weeks.
00:41Every three weeks.
00:42We say, fine, if we get money like that, you know, things will run smooth, but it has not
00:47been that way.
00:48Meanwhile, President of the Maxi Taxi Drivers Association, Ian Hewitt, is throwing his full
00:55support behind the concessionaires, describing the situation as unacceptable.

01:57moves together with the Association of Maxi Taxi to deal with maxi taxi issues.
