00:05at this stage of my career i've got to worry about the club and obviously you know i value um
00:10you know the stability and you know the the team and you know the whole organization rather than
00:17self um so i just gotta as i said just do my best i'm not worried about me um and
00:22you know if i do
00:24that i do the job and um we get through it that's great if we don't walk like walk away
00:29and just say
00:29i try my best would you be prepared to walk away if it doesn't work out next couple weeks no
00:33no i'm
00:33here here to do a job and i still feel i'm the best person for it so i'll just keep
00:38battling on
00:38what makes you confident flannery that you are the right person still to turn things around
00:42i've done it for 20 years um so i think i can do it what was the hurt like for
00:47you personally just
00:47for the team this week what have you noticed it's been for the last couple weeks to be honest um
00:52you know we haven't got the results that you know i expect the club expects the team expects so
00:57that's been hard um so you've got to look at yourself and make sure that you're doing uh you
01:02know can you change anything can you anything needs to change um do you need to change so there's been
01:08a lot of self-reflection on all that but uh i'm here to do a job
