03:57Yeah, definitely.
03:58You're never a perfect leader.
03:59You can always find things to work on

04:04but you can always learn and do the things
04:06and it's a hard time
04:07but you always get out of it
04:09and it's about sort of finding the positives
04:11in those moments
04:12and I've been through it all before
04:14so it's just about sort of lending a hand

04:17and trying your best to get out of it.

04:23The attacks are heavily scrutinised.
04:25How influential is your role in assisting them?
04:28Yeah, it's just about confidence.
04:29Trying to build it with confidence
04:30and make sure they know
04:32that they can go out there
04:32and play their game
04:33and they're obviously playing NRL for a reason.

04:36It's about getting that out of them
04:37and being confident enough
04:38to be able to play in the NRL,
04:40do it for 80 minutes
04:41and back-to-back weeks
04:42but we've had a good couple of weeks here
04:44to really sort of hone in
04:45on what we want to do
04:46with the team we want to look like
04:47and we had another good day out there today
04:49so we're looking forward to the weekend.
