00:00Tell me, what was it like your first day on set of Euphoria?
00:03It's incredible. Every day was amazing.
00:06It just, it just, it felt like I had been there before.
00:10You know, it never felt like anything new or something that I wasn't prepared for.
00:14You know, I know this universe is so big,
00:17but there's such an intentionality with Sam, the creator, about characters.
00:22And when we come into this world, it needs to feel lived in.
00:25And I felt like that on set.
00:27So it's been a beautiful experience.
00:29And I love these people.
00:31What was it like with Zendaya the first time?
00:33She's the best.
00:34And I tell people, we were talking about this earlier today.
00:38She's such a, I know that she's this global icon,
00:40but to me, that's like my little sister.
00:42That's like a, like family to me.
00:45And I just think that she's such a star, but she's so grounded.
00:48And she becomes real.
00:50You forget, you forget.
00:52She's out of this world as real.
00:54I think it's like, I think 20, 30 years from now,
00:57people will talk about her performance as Ruth in totality.
01:01I think she's just that amazing as Ruth in everything she does,
01:05but she's so good as Ruth.
01:07What was it like going home after a day of filming
01:09instead of taking, making sure not to take that darkness home with you?
01:14I mean, for me, it's easy.
01:16I've done so much of the work before I get to set so that when I get off of set,
01:20and I don't really see it as darkness.
01:22I think Sam has created something that it feels dark,
01:25but it's always searching for the light.
01:27And I think it's important to be in things that even if they are dark,
01:31you can feel them trying to grasp at the light.
01:33And that's sort of how I take it.
01:35And this is, it's a beautiful experience.
01:38I mean, you end up rooting for Ruth.
01:40You want her sober.
01:42Absolutely.
01:43No, you love these characters.
01:45You feel something with these characters, no matter what you feel.
01:50And that's just a testament to the writing, but also the performances.
01:54It's just a beautiful, beautiful, incredible project to be a part of.
01:58And I just love that people are getting to see this new season
02:01because it's going to blow people out the water.
02:02And I know Zendaya has said, this is, it looks like this is the final season.
02:08As Sam told you, it's the final season.
02:11Who are you about for season four?
02:12I haven't heard anything about anything.
02:14I don't say anything.
02:17It's above my pay grade, you know.
02:20I just want people to enjoy season three.
02:23You know, I think the key to life is to be in the present moment.
