00:12many people here globally and so we have a big initiative around that and the challenge is
00:17these small businesses aren't necessarily equipped for that scale and so I think you have to start
00:25with proof points and milestones and baby steps to get their trust that you can be consistent
00:31about delivering what you're promising and once you have a few quarters of doing that
00:36then they'll give you more but I don't think you should take on more than what you can deliver on
00:43with excellence.
