00:04Oh, it came, you know, an amazing unexpected phone call, an audition, a character, a storytelling vision of what, you
00:17know, they had.
00:18And I think, you know, obviously a lot of people audition for this show and you feel so grateful when
00:22you get an opportunity to work with a visionary like Sam.
00:25And I would have kept doing this job over and over and over and over and over again if HBO,
00:31you know, could let us keep running the film as long as we could.
00:35What was your first day on set like?
00:38Oh, this was a dream come true.
00:40This is a crazy story.
00:41My mom had her birthday planned in Mexico.
00:44And Ashley goes, you got to miss your mom's 70th birthday in Mexico because we're filming.
00:49And I was like, I got to choose.
00:51It's like Sophie's Choice.
00:54Controversial.
00:56And so I missed some of my mom's birthday in Mexico.
00:59I came on set.
01:00Alan, my husband, took the girls, was with my whole side of the family.
