07:53bottle during the performance Stefano and Trinculo that one I don't know sir but based on your previous
07:59farm two points again so what happened to the other two actors who drank from this not a thing the
08:04paramedics checked them out and they seem fine and um they recorded the show seen as it was the last
08:10performance so I will watch it back and check to see what happened but if they did drink from the
08:17same bottle then he must have ingested the poison some other way let's see what the rest of company

08:59submit okay and this is Nathan Burns he's the company stage manager I swear if there was poison in that
09:06bottle it wasn't me that put it in there actually mr. Burns we're working on the basis that the poison

09:12administered another way really oh thank god yeah the cyanide's fast acting so if it was in your
09:18system we pretty much know by now we'd like to know what else mr. Farr consumed in the 20 minutes
09:23or so before he died Mikey never ate for a show not for two or three hours did he drink

09:43okay so take me through exactly what happened this afternoon anything out of the ordinary we went up a

14:41whatsoever nothing in his water bowl as for the fiasco cherry juice fairly high glucose levels they
14:52noticed but most importantly a lethal dose of potassium cyanide that is surprising poison was in the bottle
15:03that our victim and the other two actors drank from on stage so how can three people drink from the
15:09same
15:09one poison bottle and only one of them die it doesn't make any sense
15:30well we can rule out the pretending to drink theory i mean these guys are drinking from the bottle for
15:35real no question so what if one of the other two actors slipped the poison in on stage just before
15:41michael drank from it yeah rewind it a bit okay play could it be jez now the bottle is in
15:50view the
15:50whole time and he's not adding anything to it oh so michael's not the last person to drink from that
15:56bottle seb's right ania drinks after michael so even if something had been added by jez ania would have
16:02consumed it as well how how do they all drink the same liquid with with poison in it but only

16:14dies who's sergeant fletcher on the phone to oh an actor's agent back in the uk we misspoke with the
16:23rest of the cast this morning a um casey briscoe who plays miranda she said she saw nathan burns a

16:35come back on you and sooner than you think and there's rumors going around that there's history
16:39between them so casey slash miranda said we should speak to this agent did you get anything from the
16:44search nothing interesting i was suspicious you know i've never seen him do this before

17:04my head since yesterday i can't shake it i can't place it wait a minute
17:24bingo it was an advert it was on the telly about five years ago they kept playing it
17:37and why is this relevant wait that's why and i know they can leave a pretty nasty pong but now
17:48i found with worcester i can leave that's nathan burns the stage manager man he's like a better actor
17:54than all of the others put together nathan burns was an actor and he has history with our victim
18:01i just spoke to an agent in london who used to represent nathan she remembers him as being super
18:08ambitious the whiffbuster ad wasn't the end of his rainbow then the agent said about eight years ago
18:13nathan had a really important audition for the production of macbeth at the national theater in
18:18london and he didn't get it but guess who did michael farrow and more than that nathan went to
18:27the police at the time he was adamant that he was spiked before the audition
18:46so i get this big audition and i go down to london and stay in a cheap hotel near the
18:52theater
18:54michael's staying in the same place me and him get chatting in the bar the night before what were you
18:58drinking just softs but michael insists on getting the last round i go to bed at 10. next thing it's
19:06midday and i've missed the audition you think he drugged you he was taking out the competition and you
19:11went to the police they said there wasn't enough evidence whatever he'd given me was already out of
19:16my system what happened after that i never got another break like it did a bit of theater and
19:23education a couple of tv ads with buster yeah with buster
19:31then i quit so you tour with this guy for 10 months and it never comes up
19:41mr burns just before the last show you were seen arguing with michael saying
19:46it's all gonna come back on you and sooner than you think mate you're referring to him sabotaging
19:53your audition that's some revenge spiking his drink like he spiked yours i didn't kill michael
20:01because of what he did to me eight years ago still must have bothered you though right otherwise why bring

21:40london anyway i got to know some of the staff and they would let me sneak in and watch whatever

21:46on at the time so yeah i have seen my fair share of the bard's works
21:54also i got talking to the actor sometimes and they would say how hard a gig it was you know

22:00failed auditions the unemployment doing rubbish jobs just to make ends meet it was it was tough
22:06competitive as our first suspect found out well could it be that that pushed michael to do what
22:12he did to nathan but it also shows there's a dark side to our victim spiking someone's drink just
22:17so he can get the role he wanted that's ruthless well whatever it was that led someone to poison

35:04very ambitious so i assume he wasn't happy about that it's our first day off in the caribbean

36:21funding fell through in the end tour was never extended michael got exactly what he wanted no
36:26i had the sense he usually did which brings us back to this little collection i think he poisoned one
36:34of these lozenges gave it to michael backstage then added poison to that wine bottle on stage after he
36:40died to misdirect us make us think that's what killed him afraid my little plan wasn't quite so smart
36:48well and not so deadly bottle doesn't contain cyanide contains lysergic acid diathlamine
37:02lsd the hallucinogen objecting one of the lozenges but not with cyanide
37:08i don't want to kill him i just wanted him to feel
