00:08I do have one theory. I think you could see an explosion of new small companies.
00:19And I'm hearing that from a lot of people. It's much easier to start your own business
00:27because of AI tools. So like now, lots and lots of people make the living with a restaurant or a
00:33coffee shop or whatever. I think it's possible we see a real explosion of online, like new services,
00:43new online products, because people can start a business with AI. So let's say I'm right. Okay,
00:49so then what do we do about it? How about we create an initiative at a state or local level
00:54where we
00:55say, if you're a call center worker, you're an accountant, you're going to get laid off.
00:59Here's a new initiative. We're going to allow you to collect unemployment insurance while you start
01:07your new business. Plus, we're going to give you a subsidy to help start that business. Plus,
01:12the company you just got laid off from is going to kick in, I don't know what, a little bit

01:17of a severance, help you to start your job. We have to get from here to there. And we have
01:23to start
01:23experimenting with some new stuff.
