00:00You know, this is a really hard one to read because, you know, he says it starts in his wrist,
00:06then it goes up to his forearm.
00:09You're automatically thinking as a sports fan, not as an expert, because we aren't when it comes to injury without
00:15seeing reports and imaging.
00:19You start thinking, well, maybe this is cramping.
00:21You know, maybe that's what he's had here.
00:24But automatically, he's put on the IL.
00:28Why is that?
00:29Two things.
00:29One, you protect your young pitcher.
00:31You want to get imaging done.
00:33So, you know, he's going to probably miss at least a start, maybe two.
00:37And two, you had to fill the rest of that game.
00:42He threw 17 pitches.
00:44That means that Ray had to start that game instead of coming in in relief.
00:48You needed more fortification in your bullpen, and you went out and you did that.
00:54You're going to have to continue to do that with Javier Assad, who will probably come up on Tuesday or
01:01Wednesday and be a part of a start on Wednesday with Colin Ray.
01:11So, you have that to deal with, along with the injury to Horton.
01:16And it's a combination of things.
01:19The manager has to keep going and keep a viable starting staff and bullpen.
01:25And as we saw in yesterday's game, the second game of the doubleheader yesterday, he basically ran out of pitching
01:36because he didn't have his A relievers after using a few of them in the first game during the doubleheader.
01:43So, you're going to have to do that.
