00:45The Matafe is not just about the sales, you know, about the travel
00:50It's also about the health and the state of the industry
00:54Now, while we talk about the size of the fair as being a landmark achievement
00:59What we really want to look at is what the Matafe represents

01:25We see state organizations bringing the vibrancy of the states
01:29Their attractions and their products to the fair
01:32We see consumers coming to the fair leaving with smiles
01:37And of course with our exhibitors leaving with a bigger pocket
01:42What is more important here is that tourism is not just about places
01:47It is about people, opportunities and economic spillover to our communities
01:53Johor has not held a major Visit Johor campaign since 2020
01:57And this year marks an important and exciting return
02:02As we build momentum towards Visit Johor 2026
02:05In conjunction with this renewed campaign
02:09Johor is introducing new tourism products and experiences
02:13That give visitors fresh reason to come, stay longer and discover more of what Johor has to offer
02:21Among them are museum toko, which tells the stories of Johor remarkable personalities
02:27The Complex Warisan Sultan Abu Bakar, which brings our bangsa Johor heritage to life
02:32And Kampung Sungai Melayu, a community-based ecotourism experience
02:36That directly benefits the local people
02:39We are also revitalizing urban green spaces such as Taman Hutan Bandar
02:44And other recognition pub to make them more vibrant for both locals and visitors
