This is the part I agonized over the most during the lyric-writing process for this project.
Since my native language is Korean, I wrote the lyrics in Korean first and then went through the translation process for a global audience. Unfortunately, some parts didn’t quite come out in the exact direction or nuance I had hoped for, which is a bit of a shame.
Still, I’m satisfied that it ended up creating a smooth and cohesive atmosphere overall.
For this track, I set the concept as “The Lady of the Penthouse” from the start and built everything around that.
Rather than directly mentioning “penthouse,” I chose to carry the overarching theme of “Sky Castle” throughout the lyrics and poured my heart into crafting music that matched it perfectly.

Also, it felt like there was a subtle connection to the previous work “Last Piece,” which is why I deliberately chose that word.
