01:31lighter to light the candle and I don't know if she had the candle in her hand and maybe it
01:35fell I can't say
01:39no we didn't have any current for about at least three months almost four so it was not an electrical

01:45help has started coming in for miss Morris and her three children ages 3 10 and 15 years
01:53meantime the relevant state agencies MP and counselor have been engaged and are providing assistance

02:15there are grants that can be given through the housing development corporation as well as the national self-help commission
