00:09axe the fuel duty hike, which she's planning in September. So yes, we have to care about
00:13what's happening to people because people are struggling at the moment. And the big difference
00:17between our plans and Labour's plans is our plan wouldn't cost the taxpayer a penny and it would
00:22help everybody. Whereas Labour's been very clear what they're going to do is to come back to the
00:26taxpayer to subsidise yet more welfare for people and benefits. But if you're on £30,000, £40,000, £50,000
00:32you are not well off either. You're not on welfare but you're not doing well. And actually those
00:37people need help too and they would get help under our plan.
