Businesses in WA's north are facing an uncertain future after Tropical Cyclone Narelle derailed the region's peak tourist season before it could begin. As the clean-up continues, questions are growing over how to keep the region's crucial backpacker workforce when there is little work available.

00:56have let casual workers go for fear there won't be enough work in the coming months of recovery.
