Transcript
00:00I run a square metre and Murray Gray operation. We've got 220 hectares, 12
00:06kilometres from Goulburn. I yard wean and I'm just about to bring in the next lot
00:13of calves to wean them. We have a butchery in Goulburn. We started the
00:16butchery in Goulburn in 2009. Prior to that we would mobile butchering and my
00:22husband's a butcher. He's been in the meat industry most of his life. We started a
00:27retail business in 2009 because we had demand. People were asking could they
00:32buy a meat off us and legally we couldn't do that so we decided to open a
00:38retail shop and we're still there in 2026. I love the docility. They're great
00:45mothers, so they're great fertility. They're great for the butcher shop. They
00:49meet the domestic market, the meat, so they cover all bases really.
00:57They're great for us.
00:57And they're ready.
00:58In three years before we run.
