00:00Hi, it's Anna from Red Dirt Lamb. I thought I'd jump on and put a face to the name.
00:06I started Red Dirt Lamb last November after cutting up some of our lambs and selling it to family and friends.
00:16They really noticed the difference in the quality of meat.
00:20Our local community doesn't have a butcher, we haven't had for a long time, so we rely on store-bought lamb.
00:28I know we have a really great product in our sheep, so I wanted to sell high-quality meat at affordable prices for the everyday person.
00:39So that's why I came up with the idea of starting a direct meat label.
00:47We hang our lambs for five to seven days, which leads to a much more superior taste.
00:54At the moment, we run fortnightly orders and hand deliveries in all cuts of meat, so people don't have to buy in bulk.
01:07If you just want a kilo of mince once a fortnight, that's what you get, and we hand deliver it to your front door.
01:14At the moment, we just sell to our local area of Sunraysia, but are working hard behind the scenes to try and get Red Dirt Lamb out to all parts of Australia.
