00:11I think how difficult? I think I would say very difficult.
00:14What is probably less difficult is actually mounting an operation to seize one or other of those islands.
00:21Cahog Island right up there, the top end of the gulf, might be more difficult than just talking about it.
00:26But of course, you've then got the issue of sustaining the force that you've put there.
00:31One has to assume that this would not be bloodless, there'd be casualties.
00:34So the casualties would need to be evacuated. The force would need to be resupplied with logistical requirements.
00:40So these things are easy to talk about, possibly not too difficult to plan.
00:45But in reality, I think we're talking about quite a serious order of magnitude up the scale of difficulty.
