Marwan Younis, from New Cairo, Egypt, filmed the scene as dark storm clouds moved across the sky.
The footage shows a bright primary rainbow with a faint secondary arc stretching across the horizon above rows of villas and streets.
As the camera pans, a beam of sunlight breaks through the clouds, lighting up parts of the landscape while lightning activity continues in the distance, creating a rare combination of weather conditions in a single frame.
