00:04And now we are down to two, one will emerge as the WWE Champion.
00:13I can tell you with every bit of my being, that that would be me.
00:21Tonight Triple H, I will leave you broken, battered, beaten.
00:27And that ring as I leave, as I came, the WWE Champion.
00:36Oh, this match is gonna continue.
00:39There's no saying, Randy.
00:42The kick is...
00:44Pride.
00:45Another counter.
00:47Comes before the fall.
00:50Every.
00:51Oh my gosh.
00:52For an historic 12-time, Triple H is the WWE Champion.
01:02As of right now, the age of Orton is officially dead.
01:09Dead, dead, dead, dead.
01:11You're wrong.
01:13It has only just begun.
01:16And I am gonna use my rematch clause to give back what belongs to me.
01:22And the match between Triple H and Randy Orton, for the WWE Championship, be contested on Judgment Day.
01:31Inside.
01:33A steel cage.
01:40I have had six months of dominance.
01:43It's the age of Orton.
01:45And it's gonna be on full display at Judgment Day when I beat Triple H and take back what is
01:50mine.
01:51The WWE Championship.
02:09I will fight for the WWE Championship like my life depends on it.
02:17The age of Orton.
02:21Resumes.
02:22Because as far as I'm concerned, it does.
02:27The finality inside a steel cage at Judgment Day.
02:38The following is a steel cage match.
02:41And it is for the WWE Championship.
02:45Now in this match, the only way to win is by pinfall, submission or escaping the cage with both feet
02:53hitting the floor.
02:56I hear voices in my head.
03:00They come to me.
03:01They understand.
03:03They talk for me.
03:13You got your rules and your religion all the time to keep you safe.
03:19But when rules start getting broken, you start questioning your fate.
03:25I have a voice that is my savior
03:28It's an hour left to hate
03:31I have a voice that has the knowledge
03:34And the power to move away
03:37I hear voices crying
03:40I see heroes dying
03:43I taste blood that's trying
03:46I feel tension rising
03:49I hear voices in my head
03:52They count for me
03:54They talk to me
03:57They talk to me
04:00They tell me things that I will do
04:03They show me things not to me
04:06They talk to me
04:08Talk to me, talk to me, talk to me
04:12They talk to me
04:14You have to wonder what the number one contender is thinking
04:17Is this cold on carry steel
04:20The structure that's going to carry me
04:23Mr. RKO
04:25To the WWE Championship
04:34Well, I can tell you this
04:38JR from personally having been in these type matches
04:41That is an eerie feeling
04:42When you step inside that steel cage
04:49It's almost like stepping into a prison
04:52I bring the phone and higher voices in my head
04:56They count for me
04:57They understand the exalted me
05:01Well, earlier Randy Orton going biblical on us when he said judge not lest ye be judged
05:07I found that a bit of irony
05:09Yeah, he likes practicing what he preaches.
05:14Nonetheless, it's gonna be judgment day for Randy Orton for Triple H inside that steel cage.
05:21The youngest champion in WWE history has a chance to make history again here tonight.
05:46One has to believe that Triple H is gonna make the challenger and former champion weight.
05:55I don't know if that's weight as much as it is anticipation.
06:28It's all about the game, and how you play it, all about control, and if you can take it, it's
06:34all about you, yeah, if you can play it, it's all about me, and who's gonna make it?
06:39I have the game, you don't wanna play me, I have control, the way you can shake me, but I
06:45have heavy death, the way you can pay me, I have the pain, and I know you can't take me.
06:51Move over your shoulder, ready to run, like a cleanest bitch, I'm a smoking gun, I have the game, and
06:57I'm a fool, so move on out, you can tie like a fool, try to figure out what my mood's
07:04gonna be, come on over, circle, I know you're at me.
07:09No man in the history of the 45 years that the WWE Championship has been around has been champion more
07:18times than that man Triple H.
07:20The prestige of this championship is overwhelming in this industry, it was 45 years ago, yesterday, in Madison Square Garden,
07:36where Bruno San Martino beat Buddy Rogers to become the WWE Champion.
07:41And here we are tonight, Inside Steel, with the most coveted titles on the line, and what an opportunity for
07:53Randy Orton.
07:53And I have to believe that both these men, Randy Orton and Triple H, all well realized that neither of
08:03them will be the same after this match.
08:08This is the 10th Judgment Day, the WWE title has been defended eight times at this event.
08:15It has changed hands twice.
08:18And the irony of Randy Orton being a three-time champion, there's one company nominator.
08:26That is, Orton has been beaten three times by one man, the game, and only one man.
08:36join in three times at this event.
08:47Time for him, Randy Orton.
09:01has cycle wise introducing first the challenger from st louis missouri
09:08weighing in at 245 pounds randy orton
09:18and from greenwich connecticut weighing in at 255 pounds he is the wwe champion
09:33again ladies and gentlemen as senior my referee mike kiota gives them in their instructions
09:38they're very simple this match must be won by pinball submission or escaping the cage which
09:44equates to both feet touching the floor there can be no disqualifications in this matchup
09:49obviously with the cage count outs are a non-issue
09:56boy you know the expression how some competitors have a poker face a stone face that shows no
10:03emotion but not randy orton you can read a novel in his face his face shows every expression you
10:09can read you can see the disdain he has for triple h you can see how he covets the wwe
10:15championship
10:15you can see all of his emotions that hit up rage in the face of randy orton oh look at
10:23this
10:24orton quickly what a smart move by orton looking to escape the cage and win the match
10:31in the blink of an eye orton trying to get out of the cage before the the steel door was
10:36even closed
10:37and the one just ran the door and cracked the head of the champion
10:51expect extreme physicalities in this extreme environment
11:05has had an extreme effect on this match as the game is still reaming from the steel door to the
11:13head
11:15this guy's just trading massive right hands here this can't go on
11:20come on knight
11:26i'm trying to gain an advantage again easier said than done and that high hearty race like me
11:33found its mark a nice knockdown triple h is such a a ring general there's such a presence in the
11:40ring
11:41like you said before we're not likely to see many wrestling holes applied inside this steel cage
11:49well the steel can be your partner or it can be your executioner
11:59and the cage has no prejudice as to whose skin it takes
12:05randy orton looking to climb over the cage and escape which is one way of winning
12:11big right hand man the gangsta right into the right hand
12:17and orton was a little bit out of it there kind of the ropes held him up
12:29orton set himself too soon set himself up for a swinging neckbreaker hey
12:33hook and a leg and we got a two count says referee mike quiota and again remember no disqualifications in
12:41this matchup
12:44oh triple h wants to pound away for five minutes on the handsome features of young randy ordinance
12:52just fine by the rules of this match
12:57knee of the game driven right in the forehead here we go another cover
13:01two and the game forcing the issue now beginning to build that momentum get inside brandy orton's head
13:10two close near falls created by the champion and as sure as i say that momentum looks like it may
13:17be changing
13:21the blink of an eye in this match with these two great competitors
13:26oh wait a minute
13:29and the game right into the cage face first catapulted by randy orton
13:40watch here as orton uses the cage as you said his ally every opportunity
13:47or looking at the cage as a resource
13:52and again thrown over the top rope into the steel
13:58his body just being breaked by that unforgiving cage as he falls down
14:06talking about orton's eyes they can tell many many stories
14:13and soak in a steel cage as you you can hear at home the game's head
14:18bouncing off the steel
14:22oh man
14:29these are the kind of matches that shorten careers
14:36snap off that steel cage
14:42and then overzealous number one contender
14:48caught off for a moment but then continues to be relentless in his attack
15:02that ddt is absolutely devastating and orton's got a chance orton's got a chance here the high impact may do
15:11it
15:12the ddt got him a near fall almost a three count
15:22number one contender using a choke which is legal in the confines of the steel cage
15:29chokes
15:33anything goes
15:37game just absolutely reeling here
15:41triple h being strategic and in that guard position trying to cover up and does did a good job of
15:48it
15:48trying to ward off those right hands by orton you can try to ward them off but believe me those
15:53blows had an effect
16:01and the game kicked out
16:03and what seemed to me maybe i'm wrong in a little bit more of a desperation mode in that kick
16:10out
16:10well once again pinfall submission or escaping the cage with both feet hitting the ground that's the
16:17only way you're going to win this match
16:20orton trying to crib the neck of the game
16:22restrict the flow of blood to the brain if he can same effects as the sleeper same effects as a
16:29choke
16:30see triple h doing everything in his power to turn
16:34right in those ribs and multiple shots huge right hands oh reversal
16:41oh and a beautiful power slam
16:46orton's ribs took a pounding and now the game is is the one that is going to have to rebound
16:52here
16:52the cover quickly and another near fall
16:56we are looking for one fall or one submission or one man to escape the cage with both feet touching
17:04the floor to determine a winner for the wwe title
17:13the game is such a shape right now if orton decides to try to
17:17climb over that cage or go out that door the blade's going to be hard pressed to stop him
17:23you look at orton's circle and stalk the game and i'm i'm glad i'm not a mind reader because i
17:30don't
17:30think i want to know what's what orton's thinking what's going through his mind right now as he
17:34surveys the damage that has been done oh deep dark thoughts evil pure evil
17:44we know orton is remorseless
17:48and a hard kick right to the thigh and of course as general manager william regal looks on
17:55triple a certainly isn't one of regal's favorites to say the very least but
17:59be that as it may the game has responded on two occasions from two career threatening injuries
18:05to his partner set his thigh muscles as orton trying to exploit that and that could do it right
18:10there the knee to the sternum and another orton again going right back to the cover pulling that
18:18leg back over the body using great leverage there's not a lot of leverage in these kicks and look at
18:25orton he seems to be shifting it into another gear in the high gear here now
18:31orton has that used kicks oh very effectively but that knee drop wasn't effective well one thing
18:40you got to appreciate about orton is his aggression but sometime he can be too aggressive we just witnessed
18:49man or beating the game to the punch not once but twice
18:57that shot block and that takes him back to the evolution days and when rick flair was running with
19:06the game and batista and randy orton and jordan said earlier that when he was a member of evolution
19:24just being a member of evolution should have taught randy orton to watch out for that chop block and
19:33this hole the figure four
19:43two things i think of here one orton may submit which gives the game the victory secondly if
19:50gordon's a movement his legs are damaged he's going to have a hell of a time escaping the cage
19:55he can't run he can't walk hard to escape and the cerebral assassin
20:05pulling orton back to the center of the ring and this is great strategy by the game even if orton
20:11reaches the ropes this place doesn't have to break the hole
20:19orton's gonna have to find some other way to get out of this figure four
20:23the ropes will do that
20:27why is it only counting i have any idea
20:30he got to the rope
20:50and we just about saw it and you have to believe that if we do see
20:56oh wait uh-oh wait a minute we're looking at the cage door remember orton's feet have got to touch
21:03the floor
21:04the cage door is open
21:05or it up to get you know the game he's got to realize it now but he's got to muster
21:09up the street to stop him
21:10orton can become ww champion by sticking the cage both feet gonna touch the floor
21:16the hands don't count only the feet
21:22orton had at least half his body out
21:25uh-oh and now orton's right there
21:29the opportunistic orton looking to escape the cage
21:35uh-oh wait a minute i don't think triple h realizes orton has that chair
21:42the game kicked away and orton deciding to use that steel chair instead of escaping at the door
21:49it's illegal oh this is all about destroying the legacy of the game
21:57orton's still holding on to that weapon
22:01well not anymore orton's going to hold on to his teeth with those good right hands from the champion
22:09oh face buster and the cover triple a's got the cover
22:16man how close was that yeah i thought that was a three count but
22:22my kill is wearing the striped shirt not us the game realizing
22:28but that steel chair is legal hey say hello to my little friend
22:32the chair is as legal as a chin lock
22:43and we may have just seen the most deciding maneuver in this wwe title matchup
22:53and by the looks of orton's eyes he thinks so
23:04smack the steel of flesh tell the story
23:09like a gunshot
23:15orton doing the judging before this match started i just thought these two men were
23:20only going to hit the hole contend with the steel cage walls but now the steel chair in the ring
23:25the ddt was on the steel chair but this should do it here randy orton could be the next no
23:34and quite honestly that was a that's near a three count as one to get the ddt on the chair
23:41the gang said he would wrestle this match as if his life depended on it and we're seeing that
24:12exact emotion in the number one contender
24:17he's like a viper he's just stalking the game here
24:20look at how calculating how cold this orton is orton is a premeditated assassin
24:35he's got intentions of rko in the game on the chair and the game has intentions of doing anything he
24:43can
24:51and the irony of that is that it was a steel chair that orton introduced into the match
25:05that's pure instinct
25:08orton the third generation superstar as we said the youngest champion ever in the wwe some things do
25:16come very instinctively for randy orton he is an amazing in-ring competitor
25:27check out this intended rko countered by the game orton's head right into the cage and then
25:34head right into the steel chair
25:37great maneuverability by the game but nonetheless orton still has the the advantage and orton is
25:44thinking about escaping the game
25:48orton's looking to make bail and become famous
26:05well this is where it gets dangerous right here
26:07both men standing on the top rope
26:14the cage invites another victim
26:17oh this is an opportunity for the game here he goes
26:22triple h can retain his title
26:24he's got no arms up
26:28triple h on the top of the cage this could be disaster or elation
26:41and it looks as if lord has prevented the game's escape
26:57and i think he's
27:08he's partially exhausted he's trying to decide whether he should deliver more punishment or
27:12trying to escape and i think he's deciding on escaping
27:15or just gotta get that log over i think he's got it
27:18orton's a hat that morton can get his right leg over the cage
27:24that's a big if
27:30triple h pulling orton back into oh man again
27:35the steel cage inviting disaster
27:42orton is absolutely amazing it's like he gets knocked unconscious but as soon as he hits the
27:48the mat he comes back too my gosh what the hell is
27:54triple h trying to underhook both arms i think triple h was intending a pedigree
27:59from that top rope can imagine the damage that would have done well there was some damage right
28:06there and now one has a golden opportunity it will seem if fatigue is not his enemy
28:16randy orton can escape the cage and become ww10 both of these men exhausted
28:22orton mustering the strength to pull himself to the top of that cage but can he get over can
28:29he make his way down he's he's over or he's going to swing his other leg over and he's got
28:34it done
28:34orton if orton drops down on top he can't drop from that distance
28:41triple h on top my god look at the strength the game the will to remain champion this is nothing
28:49oh my god look at this look great
28:53triple h holding orton in mid air just by a choke hold
28:58orton just got front face locked and was was dangling at the top of the cage and that was some
29:04hellacious
29:05power and the will to maintain the the control and oh
29:13another hard shot to the head and now orton's gotta try it again
29:19here he goes come hell or high water orton's gonna escape if he possibly physically can
29:31well placed kicks again to the head
29:39the game's own version of that low blow that orton delivered earlier
29:48both men fatigued both men have tasted the steel both men have been punished the game and randy orton
29:57competing for all their worth for the wwe title boy this match is still up for grabs who's going
30:05going to win this jr you're asking the wrong guy
30:11the double-a version of the spine buster
30:13uh-oh uh-oh the spine on the pine
30:19well the game seems to be feeling it
30:24orton may be feeling that chair momentarily the game that placed that chair there for for no reason
30:38i think you're right
30:43and the game's spine and neck on that steel chair i think more neck than spine
30:52bounced off the steel chair
30:56and now the question is can randy orton capitalize
31:00on that counter orton stumbled and i think he thought he was going towards the door but he's in the
31:05wrong corner
31:12there are those
31:13there are those
31:13look out look out look out
31:14oh man
31:15orton looking to kick the
31:17oh
31:18orton looking to kick the game's head off
31:20from the game to morden's head off
31:22with a steel chair
31:47and that's exactly what he did
31:54the middle and physical toughness of the game has seen him retain his wwe title
32:02it was all about the steel
32:05the steel cage and the steel chair
32:10but ladies and gentlemen as we alluded to earlier
32:13can either of these two men ever be the same after what they put their bodies through here tonight
32:21well randy orton took the best that the game had to offer everything that took late
32:28this down randy orton took it
32:35there'll be pieces of these men left behind in this match this was amazing this was amazing strength and
32:44determination by the game well orton could not have just dropped to the floor from that distance from
32:52that height he might have been the champion but he had two broken legs and then that steel chair came
32:57back into effect
33:01orton then looking to tip the game's head off and here's the irony orton was the man who instituted the
33:09use of the steel chair in this match but it certainly came back off and then orton's third generation category
33:15was checked and the wwe championship still belongs to the king of kings
33:26the king of kings and as it has been said judge not must she be judged the judge says the
33:34game is wwe champion
33:55the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and
33:59the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and
34:00the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and
34:00the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and
34:00the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and
34:00the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and
34:00the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and
34:01the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and
34:01the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and
34:01the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and
34:01the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and the king of kings and
34:01the
