00:35at a Chinese cemetery in Batu Gantung, Aya Itam, on March 22.
00:40The offence, under Section 377D of the Penal Code,
00:45carries a maximum sentence of up to two years' imprisonment.
00:49The incident came to light after a video went viral on social media,
00:53showing the couple engaging in indecent behaviour at the cemetery.
00:58A witness later lodged a police report, prompting an investigation.
