00:08Risk Management Secretary, more than 6,000 families have been relocated and 72,000
00:13have been directly affected. The agency also reported damage to more than 19,000
00:17homes and 126 completely destroyed, as well as damage to 47.3 kilometers of
00:22roads and the collapse of 32 bridges. Authorities have issued various alerts
00:26level with six provinces on red alert and 28 temporary shelters of which only 16
00:31are accommodating those affected.
