35:07is they were actually
35:08using societal self-governance

35:13they were starting to think
35:14like a neighborhood

35:15solely their race
35:17based on my experience
35:18working in the prison system
35:19for 12 years
35:20seeing them all sit down
35:22at the same table
35:23and pray together
35:24holding hands
35:25is not something
35:27you ever see
35:27in the Arizona prison system
35:29especially when you account
35:30for the racial politics
35:31that exist
35:33but I also need to acknowledge
35:34all of the problems
35:36we've had along the way
35:37you guys wanted to know
35:39what we decided
35:47we're gonna keep the doors
35:47unlocked
35:48let's continue on with this

36:02all of their actions
36:03the program as a whole
36:05was a success
36:05because they took
36:07the opportunity
36:08to develop life skills
36:09making their own choices

38:26we were one family
38:27we were just trying to do better
