00:30on, again, making America great again, on focusing on all internal issues, and would want to play a lesser role

00:38However, wars like the Venezuelan War or the Iranian War, or even when it comes to the whole tariff debacle
00:48that we saw and witnessed over last year,
00:51we have to read in it the long-term goals of Donald Trump of actually putting the U.S. back
01:01as a major economic player for the decades to come,
01:05which it was losing and losing very fast and needed something that is completely out of the box to put
01:11it back on track and to give it that advantage for years ahead.
01:14So, the general concept is not stupid, is not completely irrational.
01:23However, these measures, be it controlling the oil sources in Venezuela and Iran, being a special connection with NATO and
01:35changing that nature with the Europeans,
01:38being the tariffs, being the tariffs, all of these will come back with good to the U.S.
01:43and the American people will feel the benefits of these, however, on a very long term, not on a very
01:50short term.
01:51Can he at least make the American public see the connection and maybe start to feel the ripples of these
01:59policies before the midterm?
02:01It is really becoming doubtful. I do agree with Freddie that the Republicans will probably see a hit in the
02:09midterms.
02:10Probably they will lose the House and this will give us a much more moderate administration because it's not freehand
02:18anymore.
02:19However, if that happens, I think the focus, all the focus of Donald Trump and his team and the Republican
02:25Party would be for the next presidential election
02:28and to start preparing a proper candidate, put him in the facade and actually push for him to win the
02:36upcoming elections.
02:37It is not certain that they will lose the midterms, but it is becoming very probable.
