00:25of harassment and malicious communication. The project includes tools such as an emoji decoder
00:32to help adults understand hidden messages. Its lead, Dr. Anithan Chinnaswamy, says online harm
00:38often spills into real life, affecting confidence, well-being and safety for users and families
00:44everywhere.
