00:10Incom Training, which has centres in Aldridge and Telford, has launched its I'm Included
00:16project with women from companies across the region.
00:19The firm says women make up about 17% of core engineering roles.
00:24The campaign features workers from businesses including Safran, Jenks & Kattel, Asa Abloy,
00:31Alwise Engineering and Gurring.
00:33Incom says it wants women in industry to be seen as the role, not the exception, and to
00:38show varied career routes into senior leadership across the West Midlands and beyond.
