01:16In Damnation you're presented with huge vistas
01:19You'll see your objective miles away
01:21And you'll have to intuitively find your path
01:24From where you are now to that objective
01:27In the same way that the navigation is intuitive
01:29The control of the character is also intuitive
01:33If you want to grab a ledge, you just press jump and you grab the ledge
01:36If you want to jump off of that ledge
01:38You hold what we call the prep button
01:40And then you hit jump
01:41It's not this sort of disconnected feeling
01:43The faster you get with the mechanics
01:46The faster you get with the controls, the better you become
01:49So I think Damnation is really different from other games
01:52In the sense that not only do we have a vertical gameplay
01:54And a shooting gameplay mechanic
01:55But it actually combines those two together
01:58In other games oftentimes what you'll see is
02:00You'll have a whole bunch of adventuring and then maybe a little shooting
02:02Or a whole bunch of shooting and then maybe a little adventuring
02:04In this game it really is a meld of the two
02:07And you're constantly doing both
02:08There's no sort of time to sit back and relax
02:10You're constantly getting shot at
02:12You're constantly having to do these awesome moves
02:14And I think that's really different for the game industry
