00:00In today's video, I'm going to teach you how to easily integrate Asana and Notion with automated
00:05two-way updates. Let's jump right in and simplify your workflow by connecting these two powerful
00:10tools. First, let's open Asana by navigating to the Asana login page. You can do this through any
00:16web browser you're comfortable using. Once there, you'll want to enter your registered email address
00:21in the provided field. Be sure to double check that you've entered your email correctly to avoid
00:26any login issues later. After entering your email, go ahead and click on the continue button. This
00:32will take you to the next step in the login process. Here, you'll need to enter your password. Remember
00:37to keep your password secure and ensure that you've typed it correctly. If everything looks good, click
00:42on the login button. Once you're logged in, you'll find yourself on your Asana homepage. This is the
00:47central hub for all your tasks and projects. From here, the next step is to select the project you
00:52wish to integrate with Notion. Click on the project you have in mind. Remember that you can choose any
00:57project that you're currently working on or planning to integrate with Notion. After selecting your
01:02project, look for the customize option within your project's menu. This feature allows you to tailor your
01:07project settings to better fit your needs. Click on customize and then select the apps option. This
01:13section is where you can add integrations and extensions to enhance your project management
01:17capabilities. Within the apps section, click on add. This will present you with a list of a
01:22available applications that can be connected to your project. Among these options, find and select
01:27Notion. Adding Notion here will allow for seamless collaboration between Asana tasks and Notion's
01:33versatile workspace tools. After clicking on Notion, you'll see an option that says add to project. Select
01:38this to initiate the integration. You might need to authenticate your account, so make sure you're logged
01:43into Notion in another tab or window to streamline this process. Keep an eye on any prompts that may appear
01:49as they'll guide you through completing the connection. Finally, click on connect to Notion.
