00:10integrating it with Google Sheets can streamline your workflow and make data management a breeze.
00:15Let's dive right in and get started. First, you'll need to navigate to the Asana website.
00:19Head over to your browser and go to the Asana login page. Once you're there,
00:24enter your email address in the designated field. Remember, using the email associated
00:28with your Asana account is crucial to access your projects and tasks seamlessly. After entering
00:34your email, go ahead and click on the continue button. This will lead you to the password entry
00:38screen where you should input your secure password. Once done, hit the login button. Upon successful
00:44login, you'll land on your Asana homepage. From here, pick a project that you want to connect to
00:48Google Sheets. After selecting your project, look for the customize button. It's your gateway to
00:53tailor the project settings. Next, find and click on apps and then the add button. Now, here's where
00:59the magic happens. In the app list, click on Google Sheets and within the description, tap learn more.
01:04You'll be taken to a page with more insights. On this page, click install Google Sheets for Asana
01:09to proceed with adding the integration. With this integration, you may be prompted to visit the
01:13marketplace, showing you how everything syncs. Scroll down until you find the getting started section,
01:19a helpful guide on what to expect. Now, click on this link, which redirects you to Google
01:24Workspace Marketplace where you'll see the Asana exports app. When the marketplace window pops up,
01:30click install. You'll have to choose the Google account you wish to connect. Ensure it's the same
01:35account where your Google Sheets live. Click on your email account and then click continue. You'll be
01:40asked to grant necessary permissions. Click allow to proceed. The installation wraps up nicely with a
01:45done button. Click it to finish. Now, let's put everything to the test. Look for the apps icon
01:49on your Google account dashboard and hit Sheets. From there, open any spreadsheet you want. In the
01:54top menu bar, click on extensions. From the drop down, select Asana exports and then sync with Asana.
