00:16this. So from what I've been told, it belonged to a family that used it to host an au pair

00:21kind of stopped using it. And you know, that's a good thing because this is no way to live.
00:26Look at how bad the bathroom is and how cracked the walls are. So with all that said,
00:31the renovations for the place we've just seen is going to be between 35 and 50,000 euros,
00:37which just to give you an idea is how much it would cost to renovate a big one-bedroom in
00:41Paris.
00:42So what do you think? Could you live in such a tiny place to be right in the center of
00:46Paris
00:47and in the middle of the action?
