00:00Did you know cream cheese can also make
00:02for the creamiest scrambled eggs?
00:03You do now.
00:04Simply scramble your eggs per usual.
00:07A couple cubes of cold cream cheese.
00:09You can either add it to this part while you scramble
00:11or once it gets into the pan,
00:13season it however you like.
00:15And now let's put this to the test.
00:16As the eggs slowly scramble,
00:18the cheese will slowly melt into them,
00:20making this really creamy.
00:21Look at this.
00:22The little blocks have disappeared.
00:24There's tiny little pockets of it going through
00:26and they'll just melt in there.
00:27That is yummy, fluffy, and creamy.
00:31Lookin' scrambled eggs right there.
00:33Rest chives, cause we're fancy.
00:35See, no chunks of cream cheese.
00:37I'm excited about this one.
00:41That's really good.
00:42You can't make out that it's cream cheese in there.
00:44That subtle sweet and tanginess brings out other flavors
00:48and other foods.
00:49It adds a mild flavor that elevates the egg,
00:51plus just a hint more richness.
00:54You gotta add cream cheese to your eggs next.
00:57I promise, that's a good one.
