00:00Did you know you can bake scrambled eggs?
00:02That's delicious.
00:03I'm gonna just do a dozen,
00:04but you can definitely do this with two dozen
00:05at the same time in a nine by 13.
00:07Take your baking dish, add in melted butter,
00:09and then pour in your eggs.
00:10Forgot the milk, whisk in the milk.
00:12Then pop this into the oven 350 degrees.
00:14You're gonna cook it for about 10 to 15 minutes.
00:16Give it a stir and go back for another 10 to 15.
00:18The more you stir it, the more courage you're gonna have
00:21and the softer your scramble will be.
00:23At this point, if you wanted cheesy scrambled eggs,
00:25now would be the time to stir it in.
00:27They already have salt,
00:28so you can add on some pepper and some fresh chives
00:30and your scrambled eggs for your company are done.
00:33That's delicious.
00:34It may not be your classic scrambled egg,
00:36but it might be even better.
00:37They're soft and fluffy and so buttery,
00:39and this was a whole lot easier
00:40than standing over the stove,
00:41stirring a dozen scrambled eggs.
