00:21following the closure of the Rafah crossing by Tel Aviv occupation forces following the
00:25onset of the U.S.-Israeli war against Iran on February 28th. The group, most of whom were
00:30patients who had received medical treatment abroad, returned to the Palestinian enclave
00:34early on Monday. According to eyewitnesses, the Israeli army detained and arrested one of the
00:39returnees at a checkpoint en route to the Strip in what is believed to be the first incident of
00:43its kind since the crossing reopened. The return is taking place amid extreme devastation with the
00:49healthcare infrastructure of the coastal enclave in ruins and restrictions on civilian movements still
00:54in place.
