00:15So what we would advocate is actually there are tools within the armoury of government that can reduce the cost
00:20without ultimately relying on rationing, that being reducing the tax that they are going to be bringing out on fuel
00:28and also making sure that they're not bringing in the green levies on our energy so that the cost of
00:35fuel is not as expensive as it is for many of our businesses and households.
00:38Those are the things that the government should be looking at.
