00:01RATED M FOR MATURE
00:23Well, there are four groupings of skills.
00:26We have the mastermind, the enforcer, the technician,
00:30and the ghost.
00:31There are different archetypes, basically.
00:34So the mastermind is like Robert De Niro and Heat.
00:37He's a crowd control guy.
00:38He's a leadership guy.
00:40He uses a medical bag as his kind of primary gadget.
00:44The technician is the gadget dude, you know,
00:47like the guy who uses a drill, the guy who's really good with trip
00:51mines and sentry guns.
00:53Those are his things that he uses.
00:55Then you have the enforcer, who's kind of the heavy, the muscle
00:58guy, the guy who's good with weapons, who has more health than other
01:01dudes.
01:02And his thing is the ammo bag.
01:04And finally, you have the ghost.
01:07And that's the stealth guy, the sneaky one, the one who has this
01:13ECM jammer who can stop alarms and open doors electronically and all
01:17that stuff.
01:20Every time you level, you earn a skill point.
01:22And you can invest that skill point in any of the skills in the trees.
01:26So when you have enough skill points, you might be able to even buy your way
01:30into a higher tier, which will unlock additional abilities and give you
01:34access to a new range of skills.
01:37Games are about interesting choices.
01:39And I think the skill system gives you interesting choices that affect the way
01:43that you experience the game, and to me that's the reason to have something.
