00:40Hi guys, my name is Steven,
00:42owner of The Spot, and I'll be showing you a couple
00:44of parkour moves today.
00:45But the first things first, we're going to do a warm up,
00:47support, you know, get you guys ready.
00:54Get the blood flowing!
00:59So, first technique, which is also going to be part of the warm up still,
01:02is learning how to jump.

01:33The parkour experience has definitely given me a fresh perspective on the game.
01:36It made me understand the difficulties that the rigging and animation team would have to do
01:42to take such real life movements and integrate them into the game because they're really not natural,
01:48to say the least.
01:52Getting really high on stuff was very, the fear of heights, I guess.
01:57Once I actually jumped, it was a lot of fun and just,
02:01phew, releasing.

02:12it's hard to imagine how hard it really is when you actually do it.
