00:50and all that and i just my 20s like i f***ed up so many times and i made like so
00:54many mistakes and i
00:55got into so much mischief wouldn't change any of it no me neither no no i the only regrets i

01:03are once or twice hurting somebody right yeah like because i was a dick you know in my early 20s
01:12and like apart from that i have not a single regret and the only thing that i'd regret if i
01:19died tomorrow
01:20would be that i didn't get to spend more time with jack and rage because i've had the most amazing
01:26time so far and it's not showing any signs of stopping this is getting better but it is i mean
01:31it's like i hang out with people a couple of decades younger than me at the dairy studios you know

01:37they're coming through i'm kind of known as the old guy down the corridor who my dad liked you know
01:43i mean uh but flatteringly the great and the good come for my advice with stuff like finance and
01:51management and occasionally songwriting you know and you can only state from your point of view what's
01:57going on and what you think's right and what's wrong but it's like if there's ever a lonely heart
02:02i'm like go and have as much sex as you possibly can and like literally as much as you possibly
02:09can
02:09because one day it won't be an option and you're going to want those memories
02:16and as soon as it's appropriate i'll be saying that to my son as well
02:21don't be a dick but please have as much sex as possible
