00:02The Gray family was living the American dream. They were successful, they had a
00:08lovely family, they lived in a lovely area. How could it get any better?
00:26The letter said that they wanted $50,000. If anything goes wrong, I'm dead.
00:37Is this an elaborate scheme to cover up a murder?
00:44There are people crazy enough that would torture her, and then kill her.
00:49I did not get the money.
00:52Oh, my God!
00:53We didn't know if she was dead or alive.
00:56I just wanted to keep our children close to us.
00:59I'm retired Special Agent Tony Kravitz.
01:02I am retired FBI Special Agent Alex Silverstein.
01:08When serious crime strikes, the Special Agents of the FBI
01:12Answer the Call.
01:15Fidelity.
01:16Bravery.
01:17Integrity.
01:18This is Fence.
01:31Ponte Vedra is absolutely gorgeous.
01:34Very close to Jacksonville Beach.
01:38Full of multi-million dollar homes that are part of one of the most beautiful stretches
01:43of beach in northeast Florida.
01:46And the community there is very affluent.
01:50In an area like Ponte Vedra, crime is exceptionally rare.
01:56Ponte Vedra, it's kind of old school.
01:59It's somewhat of a southern town, but a great neighborhood.
02:04Very safe, very comfortable.
02:07We didn't lock our doors.
02:10We're close-knit.
02:12It's a lot of people from different cities.
02:15Some are lawyers.
02:16Some are doctors.
02:17Some are with Jaguars, the NFL.
02:20A lot of PGA Tour golfers.
02:26Back in 2009, slowly young families were moving into the neighborhood.
02:32I lived directly across the street from Reed and Quinn Gray on the boulevard.
02:40From our dining room, you could see across to their house.
02:45Lovely, beautiful house on the ocean.
02:48They had two little girls, and they seemed very nice, very normal, lovely.
02:57I would always see her with her children.
03:00Every now and then, I'd see her husband out on the beach.
03:04Her husband, Reed, was very nice-looking, fit, very fit.
03:10Reed Gray was a successful businessman.
03:13He owned some kind of medical services company.
03:16He and his partner were making, you know, over a million a year.
03:21Quinn and Reed looked like the perfect couple,
03:24and they seemed to be the type that would fit right into Ponte Vedra.
03:50We received a 911 call from Reed Gray, who at the time was at his home,
03:57and he conveyed to our 911 operators about this kidnapping of his wife,
04:04and she had called him to tell him that her life was at stake.
04:09And Reed did what people do.
04:12They call police, because they don't know what to do.
04:16He didn't sound traumatized, but, you know, he sounded mystified.
04:21He genuinely came across as somebody who had no idea what was going on.
04:27We went tactical rapidly.
04:30We activated all of our SWAT team assets.
04:44We always made our children, when we had dinner parties, stay upstairs.
04:48And I'll never forget our son coming down the stairs,
04:54and all of a sudden looking at us and saying,
04:57there are SWAT guys, there are men in suits with big guns out in the yard.
05:05We couldn't quite put together what was going on,
05:08but something terrible had happened.
05:14The SWAT team secured the perimeter.
05:21When we entered the home, we could see exactly what they're seeing.
05:33There was no signs of forced entry.
05:41Interestingly, there was a wedding album and some pictures that were open.
05:51And then we found a ransom note that was left on the countertop in Quinn's handwriting.
06:02In that note, she says she was abducted by three men.
06:08And $50,000 in cash was demanded by the perpetrators.
06:30So we reached out to our federal partners and the best one in this was the FBI, because that's kidnapping.
06:39That's what they do.
06:46My name is Toni Kravitz.
06:48I was the assistant special agent in charge in Jacksonville.
06:51In any kidnapping, every minute, every hour is crucial.
06:57The young mother had been kidnapped by three men, and they wanted $50,000.
07:03And this mother, we believed, was in real danger.
07:08My training consisted of 16 weeks at Quantico.
07:11I chose to specialize in crisis negotiation, hostage negotiation.
07:16And my mission was to bring Quinn Gray home alive.
07:27Every field office has a kidnapping plan, but very, very few FBI field offices actually execute it, because that crime
07:36here in the United States is just so exceptionally rare.
07:40It's very difficult to hold somebody hostage.
07:43You have to feed them.
07:45You have to shelter them.
07:47You have to keep them away from the rest of the world.
07:50This is very hard to do.
07:51So my thoughts were that this was something highly unusual.
07:59A couple of hours later, Quinn Gray's car was found abandoned near the Ponte Vedra Club Spa.
08:09It was a mystery who had kidnapped Quinn Gray.
08:23The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office had their SWAT team in the home in case the kidnappers came back to
08:31get a hold of Reed or the children.
08:36I just wanted to keep her children close to us.
08:40We were very, very concerned.
08:42We were frightened for her.
08:45An abduction like that, you really don't know what the motive is.
08:49And you never know what's going to happen.
08:51But you can only assume that it's not going to be good.
08:59With any investigation of a crime, the first people that you have to rule out as a suspect are the
09:04people that are closest to the victim.
09:12So we were looking at Reed as for any type of possible involvement.
09:20It was important for us to look at Reed and do a deep dive into his background, his lifestyle, his
09:25financial situation.
09:28Do you know where she's at right now?
09:30No.
09:30And do you have anything to do with her disappearance?
09:32No. 100% no.
09:34Do you know how you got mud or dirt on your shoes there?
09:36If you're asking if there's anything on my shoes, which there's not, that tells me you don't have any leads.
09:41It tells us we don't rule anything out.
09:43Okay.
09:44We learned that his income was substantial.
09:49In the ransom note, it said they wanted $50,000 that represented money that they had loaned to Reed.
10:04We then started talking to him more about what the marriage was like between him and Quinn.
10:13There's the ugly side of our marriage.
10:14She went out and she didn't come home until like 3 in the morning.
10:17She was pretty intoxicated and went upstairs.
10:19I looked in her purse on her underwear and her purse.
10:21And I'm just like, it's time to be honest.
10:24Honest about everything.
10:25And again, before she, as a relationship, started to deteriorate a little bit, I dated a few people.
10:29She dated a few people as well.
10:33The situation at home was not good, even though they had all these financial means and financial resources that certainly
10:41there was unhappiness in the home.
10:45Learning about his wife having an affair, maybe he's tired of it.
10:50He's tired of her drinking.
10:54Maybe does he want her out of his life?
10:59We asked the question, is this an elaborate scheme to cover up a murder?
11:05Did Reed kill her?
11:15We have a unified command center mobile, and we set up at a school very close to the scene of
11:23the incident.
11:25I am in the command post, and they provided me with two agents.
11:29And I wanted to get them into the house as quickly as possible with Reed.
11:34Great.
11:35And they would record any communications incoming and outgoing.
11:41We asked the question, could he be a part of this?
11:52The next morning, Reed Gray received a call.
11:58What are you talking about?
12:25It was a relief to hear Quinn's voice that is proof of life.
12:32Now we knew that Quinn couldn't be in danger from Reed.
12:36Quinn was actually on the phone, so we knew that she was alive.
12:40But the level of fear and desperation in her voice, somebody who really believes that their life is in danger.
12:49Quinn was very adamant that he take the $50,000 and go down Butler Boulevard.
12:58We didn't know exactly where this was going.
13:05And shortly after, Quinn called Reed again and gave the exact drop site at the restaurant.
13:18I want to see you. I want to exchange you for the money. I am not giving that money without
13:22you.
13:24Hello?
13:24Hello?
13:33Now we had a specific location for a money drop.
13:38Reed was willing to pay the ransom.
13:41It's a huge opportunity.
13:45We're going to surveil that.
13:49We're going to want to see who picks up that bag.
13:54We're going to want to follow them with the hope that they will lead us to wherever Quinn is.
14:04Shortly after, she called again.
14:08They spotted three fed cars, so I don't know where I'm going now.
14:12We need to wait for more instructions.
14:15Suspects were upset because they observed some cars that they thought were fed cars.
14:21What it showed is that they are watching and that they are very surveillance conscious.
14:32At some point Saturday afternoon, all the communication with Reed from the kidnappers from Quinn's phone stopped.
14:42Quinn's phone was off, so there was no way of tracking it.
14:48After the failed drop, Quinn stopped communicating with Reed.
14:56But then there was a call placed from Quinn to her mother, Gail Sykes.
15:05Quinn's mom was frantic and wanted to do whatever she could to try to bring Quinn home.
15:14Quinn's mother agreed to be the intermediary to work with us.
15:20On Sunday morning, a text came through from Quinn's phone to her mom.
15:27It says, have the money in a bag.
15:30No traceable devices.
15:32No Reed whatsoever.
15:34No cops.
15:36Be ready to leave at 11.
15:39And it says, go to Mykler's Landing.
15:42There you find further instructions in a restroom.
15:52Quinn's mom went to Mykler's Landing.
15:55And she went into the bathroom.
16:02And there she found another note in Quinn's handwriting.
16:07And it said, Mom, so far I'm fine.
16:11No harm has been done to me.
16:13Please, after you pick up this letter, you are going to drive north towards Joe's Crab Shack.
16:18Drop the money out of the car and do not look back.
16:21Anything goes wrong.
16:23I'm dead.
16:33Joe's Crab Shack is a popular restaurant in Jacksonville Beach at one of the busiest intersections.
16:43There was a lot of angst about dropping $50,000 on the street in a public area that is heavily
16:51trafficked.
16:54This is a holiday Sunday on a holiday weekend.
16:57And they're wanting Quinn's mom to drop $50,000 out the window of a car in a public parking lot
17:04with that kind of traffic.
17:05I mean, that's just, that's a disaster waiting to happen.
17:11I was getting real-time communication as far as what was going on.
17:19We had technical assets that were monitoring.
17:27We had air assets that were keeping an eye on everything overhead.
17:33Our technical team were able to outfit the bag with the ransom money with a transmitter so that we would
17:41be able to track it.
17:43We've got agents, detectives, in cars, covert, trying to blend in, just watching.
17:52Quinn's mom is driving to Joe's Crab Shack.
17:57We had an agent hidden in the back seat of the car.
18:03She's pulling in the parking lot.
18:06She's put the bag down.
18:10Quinn's mom drops off the money.
18:12And now we wait.
18:16This is a tense moment.
18:18We have $50,000 in a very public square.
18:22And we're waiting for who's going to pick it up.
18:27We were ready.
18:30Everybody was ready.
18:34Quinn's mom comes over to the live comms and says,
18:37You guys all on to this?
18:39Because, you know, I don't want some stranger to come along and pick up that bag.
18:44Suddenly, we see four guys coming out of Joe's Crab Shack.
18:48We see a man pick up the bag, get into a vehicle, and drive away.
18:53It's on.
18:56Surveillance units started following them.
19:04And then they threw out the tracking device that had been placed in the bag.
19:12They drove to Gate Gas Station in Jacksonville Beach.
19:16Fire review on the scene.
19:18Copy fire review.
19:21Uh, we phoned, uh, bags on the parking lot.
19:26People who picked up the bag of money saw what they had and they called the police.
19:32And, uh, there was, like, two ton of money in there and we just wanted to give it to you
19:35guys.
19:38Jacksonville Beach police responded to the scene.
19:43These gentlemen who picked up the money turned out to be German tennis players who were in town for a
19:50tennis tournament.
19:53They had nothing to do with this kidnapping.
19:56They were terrified that they were being, uh, followed by drug dealers.
20:01Yeah.
20:02And they were being followed by, um, law enforcement.
20:06How did this happen?
20:08In a situation like this, where it is life and death, I'm like, I just really hope this doesn't go
20:14bad.
20:17And then the kidnapper called Quinn's mother.
20:23Yeah.
20:24No, I don't, certainly not.
20:27There was no prep for this phone call.
20:29Uh, nobody expected this to happen.
20:32I'm sick and tired of it.
20:34I'm sick and tired of it.
20:36Reed has been giving me left and right.
20:38Tuesday morning, he's gonna go to the bank.
20:40He's gonna pick up $50,000 and he'll arrange something else for me.
20:43I did not get the money.
20:45My partner did not get the money.
20:47Oh, my God!
20:53Suddenly, in the background, we hear a gunshot.
21:00Quinn's mom is, she is shaken because we didn't know if she was dead or alive.
21:13If a kidnapper believes that he's not going to get the ransom money, then there's no profit in keeping the
21:22victim alive.
21:23If I just make the victim disappear, then I don't get caught.
21:31When the kidnapper's voice is heard on the call, that really changed everything.
21:38It was like the bottom of my stomach completely fell out.
21:43The first time I heard the kidnapper's voice, that was sobering.
21:48It was the first time we heard anybody besides Quinn.
21:53You know, over three days.
21:57His accent was Eastern European.
22:00His tone was confident, arrogant.
22:06We still didn't know if she was dead or alive.
22:09I was worried.
22:20I know that their family was caring for her children.
22:24And we were just really concerned about her.
22:30It was very unnerving for all of us.
22:36At this point, late in the day on Sunday, the communication was cut off.
22:42As the hours passed through the night, not hearing her voice, not having any communication whatsoever,
22:49I was worried, as was the rest of the team, of, you know, what happened.
23:06In the morning.
23:08I was scared.
23:10I was scared.
23:11I'm scared.
23:12I'm scared.
23:14I'm scared.
23:14I'm scared.
23:14I'm scared.
23:14I'm scared.
23:15Okay, what's happened?
23:17You're gonna take a deep breath, okay?
23:20I was scared.
23:21I was scared.
23:21I don't know.
23:22It was like a cold.
23:23warehouse or something.
23:24You can try that to be a sandwich that taste
23:26and you try.
23:28Do you have no idea what I'm just about to do?
23:30I cannot imagine, but I'm so sorry.
23:33Somebody on the way of me.
23:34Okay, thank you.
23:40My name is Gary Loeffert.
23:42I was a supervisory special agent
23:44with responsibility over the criminal squad.
23:47Quinn Gray
23:48had called 911 and she was over
23:50in Clay County
23:52at a mall
23:53and she had been released by the kidnappers.
23:57This had been
23:58four days with no end
24:00in sight. It was a huge relief.
24:05Quinn was
24:05eventually brought here to the FBI office in
24:08Jacksonville. The impression was she looked well.
24:11Been through a lot
24:12obviously. A lot of trauma.
24:15The moment
24:16she comes into the office, she starts
24:18screaming that we were all trying to get
24:20her killed. We had no idea what we were doing.
24:22Just really raving.
24:25And she started blaming her husband,
24:27Reed Gray.
24:32Right now, I feel like my husband
24:34wanted to be dead.
24:35100%. Why is that?
24:36The man makes a lot of money.
24:39Let's just say that maybe my life
24:40isn't worth him paying it back.
24:44I feel that there is
24:46a very dark and sinister side
24:48to my husband
24:49that I always
24:49sensed in a way.
24:52Did Reed Gray
24:53hire somebody to kidnap her?
24:55Was he somehow
24:57involved?
24:58And those were questions
25:00that were still outstanding.
25:03She alleged that
25:05three Albanian men
25:06had kidnapped her
25:07from her home.
25:08And she was bound
25:09at the wrist
25:09and driven to a warehouse.
25:11And that's where she was
25:13over the entire time.
25:17She had some marks
25:18on her wrist
25:19that were consistent
25:20with being bound.
25:22So we documented that.
25:26She didn't want Reed
25:27to be there.
25:28She wanted to be
25:28far away from Reed.
25:30And the interview
25:32didn't last very long.
25:33She just,
25:33she wanted to go home.
25:39A couple days later,
25:41we started doing
25:42more interviews.
25:47She is calmer.
25:49And she no longer
25:51gleams Reed
25:52for any of this.
25:53And she starts
25:54to tell a story
25:55instead of three guys.
25:57Now she starts
25:58to tell more
26:00that it was one person.
26:02My very gut instinct now
26:04that I'm clearly thinking
26:06and getting it all
26:08is that there's not
26:09anyone else involved
26:10but him.
26:10It's just been
26:11the most incredible
26:13ordeal to go through
26:14something like this
26:15and then in a 24-hour period
26:16to be brainwashed
26:18so significantly
26:19that you actually believe
26:20that your husband
26:20is trying to kill you.
26:24She lays the blame
26:26for all this
26:26at her kidnapper's feet.
26:28That her kidnapper
26:30had taken her
26:31to an auto body shop.
26:33That she was bound
26:35the entire time.
26:37and he died in my mouth
26:39and put that tape
26:40around my face.
26:41At this point
26:42I was like,
26:43no, no, no, no.
26:46At a point in the interview
26:47she begins to get
26:48very emotional
26:49as she's recounting
26:50that she was taken
26:52to this mechanic shop
26:54and placed in a room.
26:56And so I was thinking
26:57maybe this is
26:59like a torture room.
27:00I just started
27:00looking around the room
27:01and praying for my kids
27:02and I was trying
27:03to get me out of it.
27:05I think as I looked over
27:07it was another chair.
27:10She thought that
27:11this kidnapper
27:12is going to torture her
27:13and then kill her.
27:15Look on his face
27:16and the evil
27:18in his eyes
27:19I was like,
27:19I'm dead.
27:21She said she was
27:22going along with
27:24whatever the demands
27:25of her were
27:27in order to stay alive.
27:29And then there was
27:31just this moment
27:33where all of a sudden
27:34Quinn says something
27:36that was staggering.
27:39I mean, we just
27:40every position
27:41all night long.
27:48I wasn't going to
27:51resist them.
27:54So I tried to make it
27:56the best possible.
27:57The more
27:58he loves it
27:59maybe I have a chance.
28:01You know what I mean?
28:02I don't know
28:03if I was thinking.
28:03It makes sense.
28:04I mean, we just
28:05every position
28:06all night long.
28:08And I acted
28:09like I enjoyed it
28:10and I'm not going to lie
28:10sometimes I almost did.
28:19There was just
28:20this moment
28:21of disbelief
28:22of what everyone heard.
28:24She talked about
28:26basically liking it
28:27and having orgasms
28:29and every which way
28:30every position possible.
28:33I mean, that was
28:34pretty much her words
28:35and even to the extent
28:37that he liked her
28:39there was a
28:42female detective
28:44who was in the room
28:45who kind of sat back
28:47and threw up her hands
28:50and kind of made
28:51a disgusted noise.
28:55Is this a victim
28:56that is just traumatized?
28:58It's just a very odd
29:02statement for someone
29:03to make
29:03if in fact
29:04this is a real kidnapping.
29:09During the interview
29:10one of the other
29:11inconsistencies was that
29:13she said she was
29:14moved from the warehouse
29:17makes a decision
29:18that we're going to go
29:19to a hotel
29:20for the night.
29:21We're going to
29:22rethink this whole thing
29:23and that's when we ended up
29:25at the Emerson Inn.
29:27That was a big lead.
29:31We drive out to the hotel.
29:36The area is
29:38just a sketchy part of town.
29:44There is a lot of
29:47prostitution and drug use
29:49that goes on.
29:53We made contact
29:55with the manager
29:55and the staff.
30:00We showed them
30:01a picture of Quinn.
30:06They recognized Quinn.
30:11They remembered
30:12that she was with a male
30:13and that the two
30:14seemed like a normal
30:15couple together.
30:16They were very comfortable
30:17with one another
30:18and Quinn did not show
30:19any signs of distress
30:20or duress.
30:25He told us also
30:26that Quinn had been
30:27in the room
30:28by herself
30:29and that the man
30:31had come and gone
30:32and had left her there
30:33periodically.
30:37That's exceptionally odd.
30:39If there's one kidnapper
30:41and he left,
30:43why hadn't Quinn
30:46called for help?
30:47Why hadn't Quinn
30:48gone to the lobby
30:49and asked for help?
30:51Why was she still there?
30:59During her interview,
31:01Quinn told investigators
31:02that her kidnapper
31:04at one point
31:05went out
31:06and got chicken wings.
31:08The abductor
31:10had gone to the
31:11local supermarket
31:11and we knew
31:13that this supermarket
31:14chain had
31:15surveillance systems
31:17that were very good.
31:19So we grab
31:20all the surveillance
31:21video so that
31:22we can start
31:23reviewing it
31:23around the time frame
31:24that Quinn said.
31:34And we discover
31:36a white male
31:38buying fried chicken.
31:42And we were able
31:44to get the image
31:46of the abductor
31:47and then put
31:48that image
31:49on the local news.
31:52Witnesses reported
31:53a man as appearing
31:54to be in his mid-20s
31:55to early 30s
31:56and about 5'8
31:57to 6 feet tall.
31:59Then the 911 center
32:02for the city
32:03of Jacksonville
32:04gets a phone call.
32:08This is communications.
32:10How can I help you?
32:11I need to talk
32:12to somebody
32:12about my picture.
32:14I was buying
32:15something in public
32:15and my picture
32:16appears for some
32:17kind of woman
32:17kidnapping
32:18or something like that.
32:19Is that you?
32:20Say what?
32:21Is that you?
32:22I was buying
32:23in public
32:24some chicken.
32:25Mm-hmm.
32:26I'm actually on my way
32:26over there to you guys.
32:27My friend saw it
32:28on the computer.
32:29Yeah, sir.
32:29What is your name, sir?
32:31Jasmine Osmanovich.
32:35Jasmine Osmanovich
32:36was an immigrant
32:37from Bosnia.
32:38He was an auto mechanic
32:39and he worked
32:41in a body shop
32:42off of Southside Boulevard
32:43in Jacksonville.
32:47Let's just get
32:47this all over.
32:50Osmanovich came off
32:51as very arrogant,
32:53very cocky,
32:54led detectives
32:55to believe that,
32:56you know,
32:57this was a waste of time.
33:00Osmanovich was shown
33:01pictures of Quinn Gray
33:03Did you recognize her?
33:04Sir,
33:05I mean,
33:06she looks like
33:06a blonde chick.
33:07You didn't look
33:08at that picture
33:08and say,
33:09I don't know this woman.
33:10Sir,
33:10she doesn't look
33:12like anybody
33:12that I know.
33:14He provided an alibi
33:15that he was
33:16at another bar
33:17with another woman
33:18when this kidnapping
33:20happened.
33:22We have independent people
33:22that ID'd y'all together.
33:24So what did I do?
33:25She is saying
33:27that you abducted her.
33:28I abducted her?
33:29Yes, sir.
33:29I have more
33:30than enough evidence
33:31to charge you
33:32based on her word.
33:33And for you to say
33:34that you don't even know her
33:35concerns me greatly, Jasmine.
33:38Concerns me greatly.
33:40Because this woman,
33:41I can assure you, bud,
33:43knows you.
33:46Once we started
33:47talking about
33:47the charges
33:48he was facing,
33:48kidnapping
33:49and sexual battery,
33:51both of which
33:52carry with it
33:52a life sentence.
33:53and that's really
33:55at a point
33:56where the conversation
33:58changed.
34:01He realized
34:02he had to tell us
34:04what really happened.
34:08I'm smarter than her
34:10and a husband
34:10or whatever.
34:11No doubt about it.
34:12But all I'm telling you
34:13is...
34:14And you know what?
34:15This is BS.
34:16No, here's BS.
34:21And that's when
34:22Zmanovic
34:23said that he had
34:24a secret recording
34:26that he had made
34:27when he was with
34:27Quinn Gray
34:28that would prove
34:29his innocence.
34:32And I put a tape recorder
34:33with her voice
34:34and my voice
34:34in front of you,
34:35which I can go get.
34:36Tell me about these tapes.
34:37What's on these tapes?
34:38Sorry, the tape,
34:39the tape
34:40is now going nowhere
34:41out of my possession,
34:43which I hid
34:45way off the location, okay?
34:47Why would you do that?
34:48Why would what?
34:48You take that.
34:50I might have been
34:50playful,
34:51but I'm not an idiot.
34:55He kept insisting
34:56that he had proof,
34:58that he could prove
34:59that he had not kidnapped
35:01Quinn Gray
35:02and that he hadn't raped her.
35:04And that at the right time
35:05he was going to show us.
35:07And then we kept insisting
35:09now is the right time.
35:13Now that I'm looking at it
35:14the way that
35:15that 50,000 guys
35:16is going to mean
35:16to you in the future,
35:18that's what I'm coming.
35:18Come out of you
35:19and just blow his head off.
35:27Zmanovec realized
35:28that no one
35:29would believe his story
35:30without some kind of proof.
35:33So he went to a Walmart
35:35and he purchased
35:36a digital voice recorder
35:38and carried it with him
35:40on Monday morning
35:41back to the Emerson Inn.
35:45We've been staying in
35:46at the Emerson Inn
35:47on Phyllis Highway.
35:49It was road 207.
35:52She stayed the whole night
35:53by herself.
35:55He then goes into the room
35:57and they are having
35:59a conversation.
36:02They just knew you were
36:03here by yourself
36:04all night long
36:05but with a gun.
36:08They would have a fit.
36:12That's why I'm starting to feel
36:14like I'm the sister one.
36:16They miss my family.
36:19Then we hear them have sex.
36:22It's graphic.
36:25Right now I'm all crazy about you.
36:27What?
36:28I'm all crazy about you.
36:35Does Rick get this much action?
36:39He really doesn't.
36:40I guess we're just not.
36:41Not a sexual, I don't know.
36:43They're talking about
36:46Quinn's sex life
36:48with her husband
36:48and you can clearly tell
36:51that this is a consensual
36:53relationship.
36:56And then Quinn starts
36:57talking about
36:58the $50,000 ransom.
37:17Quinn says,
37:19why don't you just
37:19blow his head off?
37:22And it's
37:23said in passing
37:24but that was really
37:26a telling moment.
37:32Sunday night
37:33where Jasmine
37:35leaves Quinn
37:36alone,
37:38I think that's
37:39where she started
37:40to realize
37:40this is coming apart.
37:41I need to come up
37:42with another plan.
37:44And I think
37:45that's where the idea
37:46was hatched
37:46that if
37:48I can't get
37:49the cash
37:50then
37:52maybe I'll just
37:53have Reed killed.
37:56The whole involvement
37:57with organized crime,
37:59that's the stage
38:00that she set.
38:03I believe
38:04based on the recording
38:05that this had been
38:07a campaign
38:07on Quinn's part
38:10to actually
38:10kill Reed.
38:12Either she would
38:13kill Reed
38:14or she would have
38:15Jasmine kill Reed.
38:18I think that
38:19that might have been
38:20her endgame
38:21because
38:22in a divorce
38:24she'd get half.
38:25If Reed was dead
38:27she'd get
38:28everything.
38:31Neither Quinn Gray
38:32nor Jasmine Osmanovic
38:33were charged
38:34with conspiracy
38:34to murder.
38:35Both were charged
38:36with the extortion
38:38of $50,000
38:39from Reed Gray.
38:41Put your hands
38:42in front of you.
38:46When we told Quinn
38:47that she was being
38:48arrested
38:48she denied
38:49all the charges.
38:50Did you try to take
38:51money from your husband?
38:52Of course not.
38:53If I wanted
38:54$50,000
38:55all I would do
38:56is take it
38:56out of the bank account.
38:57Did you have
38:57a sexual relationship
38:58with Osmanovic?
38:59No I did not.
39:00I did not know him.
39:01Then why would
39:02he make this up?
39:03Because he's a criminal
39:04and he came in
39:06and tried to extort
39:07$50,000
39:07from me
39:08and tried to take me.
39:14I think
39:15Jasmine Osmanovic
39:16was
39:17in some ways
39:19a willing pawn.
39:20Here was a guy
39:22of very modest means
39:23and
39:24he is presented
39:26with this
39:27golden opportunity.
39:30A woman
39:31of means
39:32she's beautiful
39:33and she
39:34comes on to him
39:36and they have
39:38this wild
39:39sexual affair.
39:41This was
39:43intoxicating to him
39:44and that led him
39:45to do whatever
39:46she wanted to do.
39:50Quinn Gray
39:52pled
39:52no contendry.
39:55She received
39:57seven years
39:57of probation
39:59and
40:00Osmanovic
40:00six.
40:01They also had
40:02to pay
40:03$86,000
40:04of restitution
40:06to the St. John's
40:07County Sheriff's Office
40:08for the cost
40:09of the investigation.
40:11I know
40:12she's moved
40:13on
40:13and has
40:14remarried
40:15and he
40:16has remarried
40:17and
40:17I'm sure
40:18people
40:19absolutely
40:20do deserve
40:21a second chance.
40:22I kind of
40:23gave her
40:23the second chance
40:24by keeping
40:25coming
40:25to yoga
40:26on the days
40:27I know
40:27she was teaching.
40:35Quinn Gray
40:36and
40:37Jasmine
40:37Osmanovic
40:38their
40:39elaborate
40:40hoax
40:41caused a lot
40:42of heartache
40:43for their family
40:44members
40:44a lot of worry
40:45frustration
40:46anger
40:47and wasted
40:48a lot of man
40:48hours.
40:51Quinn Gray
40:52betrayed both
40:53her husband
40:53and her lover
40:54Jasmine
40:55Osmanovic
40:56and she
40:57lost
40:58everything.
40:59She lost
40:59her family
41:00unit of four
41:01she lost
41:02her home
41:02in paradise
41:03she lost
41:05the trust
41:06of family
41:06and friends
41:07and she
41:08tarnished her
41:08own reputation
41:09for what?
41:16Next time
41:17on Feds
41:18I met
41:20this baby
41:21that I thought
41:22was mine
41:23something
41:24didn't sit
41:25right with me
41:25we had
41:27no idea
41:27of the
41:28scale
41:28Lee's
41:29scheme
41:29would rise
41:30to
41:31she was
41:32an evil
41:32monster
41:33sorry
