00:30We're the producer for Battlefield. We just saw the trailer for Battlefield 1. Andres, lots going on in this trailer.
00:35You guys are really excited to talk about it, right?
00:37Absolutely.
00:37Tell us what the players can expect, because there was a lot going on there.
00:41Well, it's the dawn of all that warfare. It's kind of the birth of the modern warfare at this stage.
00:48Everything we see today in combat was born on the battlefields in World War I.
00:53And as a Battlefield game, you're going to hit all of the core pillars that we want to have. It's
01:01truly immersive experience. It's full destruction. It's the strategy. It's all like warfare on an epic scale that we never
01:09delivered before.
01:10What we saw here in the trailer, though, was there's a step. There's a leg in the future and a
01:14leg in the past. We saw the mechanized warfare and some of the air shifts and so forth.
01:18We also saw some horses. Very interesting.
01:21Absolutely. Well, it's definitely a case of the old world meets the new one. It was the whole industrial era
01:28took place.
01:29And again, being able to fit this into a Battlefield game, it just opens up so many opportunities for us.
01:36It was not just battles in France. It was something that happened in the Italian Alps. It happened in the
01:42deserts of Arabia.
01:43And being able to kind of show the players this and take them on this journey across the world, it's
01:49truly amazing.
01:50Again, it's like the old world meets the new one. You have the full range of modern weapons.
01:56And, of course, you have the hand-to-hand combat. It was a very viable tactic back then.
02:01And, like, trench fighting with big clubs and shovels and whatever you have, it was a truly brutal experience.
02:07And I think it really delivers in the Battlefield sandbox.
02:11How does the Frostbite engine come to live in Battlefield 1?
02:14So, with Battlefield 1, we're on the main branch of Frostbite, so it's the latest and greatest updates.
02:21We've really been pushing it with the dynamic environments and the destruction.
02:26And, again, as you saw, it's beautiful. It's Frostbite.
02:31I'm hoping we'll see a lot of destructibility.
02:32Oh, yeah.
02:33And a lot of those you talked about a moment ago or earlier is that there's those things you can
02:37only describe as Battlefield moments with your friends.
02:40They're like, did you see that? Did you see that? I'm really expecting a lot out of Battlefield 1 with
02:44that.
02:44Again, it's the perfect setting for it. It's got everything.
02:48And it's just going to be full of Battlefield moments for our players. It's what they love.

03:21out this week.
03:22Doom launched on Friday the 13th.
03:24Now, that's a fitting day, considering it strikes terror in the hearts of many a gamer.
03:29The multiplayer gameplay is getting lots of love from fans and feels different in a good way than a lot
03:34of other multiplayer modes out there right now.
03:36The game stays true to the gory, fast-paced Doom gameplay, which means you should always keep moving.
03:42Whether you're darting left and right or simply moving away when necessary, remaining on the move will keep you alive.
03:49Trust me, squaring off face-to-face does not end well, especially since there's no regenerating health.
03:54Also, learning the different weapons and how they work together is essential.
03:59Some weapon combos work well together and some don't.
04:02Knowing the difference is a big tactical advantage.

04:16This week saw the release of the latest Halo 5 Guardians content update, The Memories of Reach.
04:22As expected, there's tons of great updates and additions, including new controller options, new post-game medals, new armor, skins,

04:40However, it is the addition of Infection that really has me excited.

04:47The sheer chaos of trying to survive hordes of zombies launching at you from out of nowhere, and the rare
04:54thrill of surviving a round was much more fun than I ever thought it would be.
