00:17good condition, with councils in Coventry, Dudley, Herefordshire, Sandwell, Shropshire,
00:22Solihill, Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent, Telford and Reakin, Walsall, Warwickshire,
00:26Wolverhampton and Worcestershire all affected. Government funding of £1.6 billion over four
00:33years is welcomed but not enough, the report warns. Local and regional leaders say there's
00:38additional investment for improvements across the network.
