00:11There is very little that is being done right by the local government at this time for Birmingham
00:16people. Yeah, I mean the pothole problem is because they moved over to what they thought
00:19was the cheaper style of road service and it hasn't worked. Apparently it was a German style
00:25where they do maintain them regularly so the services they're using soon break up.
00:30Car usage is going up and the roads are probably not suited to the amount of car usage we're doing at the moment.

00:44throughout the city really and no I don't think the city council is doing enough. Perhaps they
00:50shouldn't be spending so much on trying to break the bin workers dispute and putting more money
00:56into the infrastructure in terms of the roads.
