06:42quite some distance um I wasn't I wasn't keen why are we why are we swimming around it by that

06:48probably frozen stiff I think you will find that actually once you're in and you've been in for a
06:54few minutes it gets easier a few minutes how many minutes so eight minutes into this you're gonna stop
07:01wishing that you were dead you need to find the point at which you can get in enjoy it be

07:07and then you feel like you're on top of the world it's a very very full body refresh I've been
07:12swimming
07:13outdoors all all year round so even breaking the ice in the winter are we ready we're gonna give it
07:19again we're gonna get changed just here by the tree yeah find a tree come on Ralph let's do it
07:26where are we going what's we doing finger change well but I'm not right here but when else are we
07:32gonna get changed 55 people over there looking at us I've played in Soccer Aid and there were still
