00:00Firstly it's about working with our allies, so yes with the Americans and
00:05also with allies in Europe and across the West so that we can work together to
00:11think about what steps we can take collectively to support the safe passage
00:16of ships in the Strait of Hormuz. It isn't safe at the moment, right? There
00:22are projectiles that are being fired from Iran that have hit civilian, that
00:26have hit ships with civilians on in the Strait and we do need to work to get it
00:31open. A fifth of the world's oil passes through that one small part of the world.
00:38Presidents and Prime Ministers sometimes have different points of view. The Prime
00:42Minister is really clear that his focus is acting in the national
00:47interest. I think he said last week he doesn't want to be engaging in trying to
00:52change the regime in Iran from the skies. Instead his focus is making sure that
00:57British nationals who are overseas are protected, that we can see de-escalation
