00:22and other top Caribbean chefs will be showcasing some of the lovely but humble beachside inspirations.
00:33We'll have food representing about 10 different Caribbean countries, including Barbados, Jamaica, Bahamas and many more.
00:43Now in its third year, the festival aims to highlight the local cuisine of the Caribbean community, while giving entrepreneurs

01:08It addresses regional food security while providing a live platform, a live trade show to highlight SMEs, artisans, people with

01:22This year, the initiative is twofold, as the organizers will also be hosting the first Food and Nutrition Sustainability and
01:30Security Conference, in partnership with the University of the West Indies, from March 31st to April 1st.
01:38We will first delve into the hard question about building direct linkages between our farmers and our vital tourism sector.
01:47We will explore how farm-to-table can move from a trending phrase to a concrete economic model.
01:58By connecting our producers with hotels, we can reduce our food import bill, create rural economic opportunities, and offer visitors
02:10an authentic taste of Trina and Tobago's terrier, a culinary experience they simply cannot get anywhere else.
02:20Quartz has also come on board as the title sponsor of the 2026 Caribbean Beach Food Festival.
