00:00You are an etiquette coach and you got to train under the same person who taught etiquette to
00:04Princess Diana, which obsessed. Can you tell me a bit about that? Did you learn anything about
00:09Princess Diana through your mentor? I did. I actually got to hear some of the most intimate
00:14stories about Princess Diana and her training. And as I was going through the same training in
00:19London, which was in my 20s at the time, you know, I was thinking, wait, if I can learn this,
00:24anyone can learn this. So that was actually my first course I started in America. It's called
00:29The Duchess Effect, which I still run today and easily one of my most popular courses.
00:33But it's like all the things that she was learning, but how when you walk, how you get out of
00:37a car
00:38to not show your cleavage when you bend down, you hold your clutch to your cleavage and the way that
00:43you walk into a room and you hold your bag with your left hand so that you shake with your
00:47right
00:47hand. So all of these little things that I learned, that I started implementing, that I teach today
00:51and that I use on the show. You started a class inspired by Princess Kate Meghan Markle. Have you
00:57gotten to work directly with them at all? Well, I can never reveal who I have or have not worked
01:02with, but let's just say I've worked with many royals. And I think from around the world, actually.
01:07And I think that, you know, these, they're really, you know, they're really actually pretty normal
01:12in the end. Like when you actually talk to them, they're really normal. They love etiquette. They love
01:17more importantly, good manners. So I think that's why, that's why they are and where they've gotten
01:23is, I think, because the manner is not so much that etiquette.
