00:21Questo show è set in 90s,
00:24e io usavo un wolfman.
00:26I want to know if you knew what was a Walkman before shooting this TV show.
00:31I did know what a Walkman was,
00:33but Olivia, my co-star, did not know what a Walkman was,
00:36and it was quite the ordeal on set.
00:38She didn't know how to put it in her fanny pack
00:40and how to carry it with her.
00:42It was very large, and she was very confused by it,
00:45but we definitely caught on with some of the 90s tech
00:50and, you know, the 90s trends, which was super fun.
00:54In this TV show, you play a character that loves so much movies, cinema.
01:00She says she saw Jurassic Park seven times.
01:04So I want to ask you, since you are an actress,
01:07why, in your opinion, people who love so much movies, cinema,
01:12sometimes are still considered a little bit nerd?
01:15Yeah, I think that there's a lot of different societal standards
01:23and expectations of what a nerd or a dork or a popular person is,
01:27and I think in reality, we're all just human beings.
01:30So I think that's something that our show is trying to do
01:34is break the conformity that a young woman has to fit into just one category
01:38and just be one thing.
01:39I think that Jeanette can love movies and cinema
01:43and wear glasses and read books
01:45and be so much cooler than half the people out there.
01:48So I think that that's definitely a standard I hope to break and change.
01:54I love movies.
01:56I love films and TV,
01:57and I think something that's really exciting for me
01:59is to totally geek out and watch some old movies
02:02or research old directors and learn about them.
02:07So hopefully there's a lot of different people
02:09in a lot of different walks of life that can experience that.
02:12Everybody in this show thinks that he or she is the good guy or the good girl,
02:19and everybody wants to find a villain.
02:22So in your opinion,
02:24do we need a villain in our lives
02:27to justify maybe some things that we don't like about us?
02:31I think that villainizing someone
02:35and finding someone to hate
02:37or someone to be mad at
02:39or someone to be the bad guy
02:40is something that a lot of us can fall into the trap of doing.
02:44I don't think there is such a thing as villains.
02:48I think that there are people who do good things and bad things,
02:53and I think that all human beings are just somewhere in the middle.
02:56and I really work on the idea
02:59that not everything is one extreme or another.
03:03I think that the characters in this show
03:05really highlight that we're all just human beings,
03:08and although there is technically a right and a wrong,
03:13every character in this show makes mistakes.
03:15There is no good guy who never messes up
03:19or no bad guy who never does a good thing.
03:21We're highlighting the humanness
03:23and the reality of what our characters are
03:27and what human beings are,
03:28which is flawed and imperfect.
03:32And I think that it's okay that we...
03:36It's okay that you are many different things.
03:40It's okay that you make mistakes
03:43and you learn from them.
03:44Obviously, this is in a very heightened reality
03:46with some extremely horrific traumas
03:49and events happening.
03:51But there's a lot to be said for being a human.
03:58Okay. Thank you so much.
04:00We gotta take care.
04:03This is a great deal.
04:04We gotta take care.This
04:05is our family. We
04:06does that mean? We
