00:47people are very distressed about it and yeah they're not doing too well tomorrow people are
00:54in different situations you know but it is yes you have got some employment in a sense but I think
01:02people want certainty you know a lot of people like myself have been in the industry for 23 years
01:07there's a big change and this has dragged on for a long while and we're pretty disappointed in the
01:13owner really you can pretty much put it doesn't matter whether it's management or employees
01:19everyone you know this is suffering through this and have to make decisions around it I would have
01:26rather us continue on in the form that it is but unfortunately until you know our fate pretty
01:33much been decided for 200 plus workers I'll say now and yeah we we just need to find out some
